Love this place! We live in Denia, but this lunch experience is totally worth the hour long drive to Ontinyent. Authentic food, friendly waiters and a beautiful location. Always a fun Sunday lunch for family and visiting friends. Fixed price menu for more food than you can eat (and I can eat a *lot*). This meal is best described as a feast, with delicious courses covering from Meats to Fish to Veggie. Everyone enjoys this place from the kids to the grandparents.

The best experience ever in regards to restaurants. Typical Spanish food, all made from scratch on a rustic ceramic oven, is brought to your table in large portions -we were 7 at the table. You can eat as much as you want/need. There were a total of 14 dishes brougt to us. I expected the quality of some dishes to be lower than others...I was wrong. Ended up tasting everything because the looks (presentation), smells and freshness were amazing. From salads, to home made breads, to rices, to seafood dishes, to all kinds of sizzling meats and ended up with amazing desserts. It was amazing!

We went today with a group of friends. The mill has been renovated and is looking fabulous. This restaurant is in a lovely setting in a gorge near Pou Clar. Paco, the owner, made us welcome with a vermouth and we sat down to a feast that never seemed to end. 17 different plates, salads, paellas, seafood ,fish, various meats and desserts, all delicious... it was a long leisurely lunch.
I can't wait to take some more friends back again.

The venue was out of a story book, it was gorgeous. We were greeted with a drink at the door and were sat at our table. Many many courses came and went from the table over five hours. However, the drink were few and far between because of the high influx of guests and small staff. The experience is one i want to share with family and will recommend to many others. Thank you, Paco.

The best meal that I have had in Spain. Fabulous food - but pace yourself as there are approx 17 courses! The decor is lovely & the service very quick & pleasant. A great experience & I would love to visit again.

Amazing restaurant nestled among the mountains! 😍😍⛰The food portions were generous, satisfying, and very tasty! The staff was pleasant, especially Paco, who our group of 25 people particularlyu liked! I definitely recommend everyone to come and experience all of this P.S. Best wishes from the Lithuanians ❤

Fab food and lots of it, in a beautiful venue on a stunning site near the Pou Clar beauty spot. Kind of like a menu del dia where you get to try a bit of everything. Paella and fiduea some of the best I've tasted. Be sure to pace yourself and leave room for dessert. Paco was a friendly and engaging host. Superb value and a lunch to remember.

What a hidden gem. Beautiful location and ambience, great tasty food and Paco, the owner, is one of a kind. Put simply, GO, but don’t eat for two days before, 17 courses!

Wow, we have always been a big fan of La Fusteria in Cocentaina but must say this location is stunning. Excellent food, lots of Spanish dishes, excellent service and deserts to die for. During the week for an incredible all in price of €20,00. An incredible experience for small parties and also for weddings, anniversaries etc. Beautiful terrace too. Close to Pou Clar where you can relax before or after lunch.

The food was scrumptious but far too much of it, had to send some back. There were only 5 of us but enough food 10.
Definitely go again

Lieu magique, le patron est particulier aux premiers abords mais il est dans son rôle, c'est un passionné qui aime faire plaisir.. c'est clairement une superbe expérience, dans un cadre exceptionnel.. il faut se laisser guider et tout simplement profiter. Un conseil, allez y le ventre vide car vous en ressortirez plein !
