Hotel Presa

We were put in an apartment a few yards down from the hotel and were slightly disappointed at first but the place was a real home from home beautifully equipped, complete with two bedrooms and large bathroom with a full sized bath. Stunning views, lovely area and nice atmosphere. We ate at the hotel and had a fantastic meal in the upstairs resteraunt. I wish that we could have stayed longer than just one night. Great value.

Great hotel with rooms overlooking the lake or main square. Very clean. Staff professional. Breakfast had a good selection of pastries/cakes.

We only used the restaurant. Fabulous food (although prices reflect this), friendly helpful staff. Dog allowed (which none of the others we saw did). Restaurant is upstairs but there is a small lift for those with mobility issues. There is a few stairs to climb to main entrance although there is a ramp to get wheelchairs/pushchairs - it's steep but the staff were very helpful.

The hotel is located right at the main street in Riaño, the rare facing the river and a church square. You cannot dream of a better location! There is a public parking and a plenty of it in front of the hotel, and a restaurant at the back, facing the square. The rooms are very cozy and with great views. Breakfast wasn't included but you can have it at the restaurant below and there are some other restaurants and bars on the same street. The hotel also accepts pets.

Perfectly sited for bikers and cyclists and anyone heading to or from santander. It's even just behind a petrol station. Great coffee and cake seems to be available all day. Has a garage for bikes. Pretty views from the seating area outside at the back and pretty impressive burgers. Wide range of beers for those of us who aren't piloting a vehicle. Stayed overnight and seems really good value for a very comfortable room.

The hotel is a perfect base for a holiday around the picos europa, we booked it as the first stop from Santander and came back twice during our holiday. The restaurant and bar meals are excellent, as are the owners and staff. All rooms on suit with more modern rooms than pictured. Secure underground parking for your motorcycle. 100% recommend

Basic, honest, family feel, amazingly clean, great views, reasonably priced. Even though my Spanish is awful, they made us very welcome. Very biker friendly too.

I like visiting this restaurant. Always had good food. I like the rodaballo (turbot) but not available this visit but the lubina (sea bass) was good, with garlic. Lamb stem also very good. Friendly, good service. Back in the bar in the evening, good atmosphere

Pues una experiencia maravillosa,el sitio,las vistas,la comida de 10 y la gente muy amable. Ha sido todo un acierto. Los desayunos impresionantes y todo lo que pedimos muy bueno,las ensaladas muy ricas y el cachopo imposible para 2 personas por lo grande que era.
