From the time of our first viewings to a couple of months after completion Julian (Dolphen Homes) has been amazing. When we started looking he showed us a number of properties around Ontinyent. He presented the properties we saw in a straightforward and honest way. He answered nearly all our many questions - and if he couldn’t, he just said so. Communication around our offers was clear and helpful and we agreed a purchase price quickly on our chosen house. There was a slight delay in completion due to the deeds needing updating with the town hall but Julian (and our solicitor) kept us updated on this.

After completion we needed help with a large number of things - from the location of best local diy shop, to fixing our pellet burner stove (it was January and cold), to sorting out the internet and a few other basic household maintenance tasks. Julian helped with all of these, getting in touch with people and organising them to come to our house. As well as buying a house in Spain (we’re from the UK) there were a number of other things we were unfamiliar with, like pool maintenance. Julian gave us a crash course, including how to empty it to clean it. He must have spotted our look of exhaustion at the prospect of yet another task - so offered to do it for us!

Two months on and Julian continues to be available to help us get up and running. His service has been exceptional and always offered willingly and with good humour. Thanks Julian!

We bought our villa through Julian and Marisje seven years ago. Just sold it through them too. They have been a constant support not only in the settling in period but throughout those seven years. Nothing has ever been too much trouble. We will miss their friendship.

Julian and Marijse have 'hand held' us all the way through the process and have been first rate with excellent communication. All of our e-mails with questions and queries, however minor, have been addressed quickly and professionally and any calls returned promptly.
Even after the sale they are both on hand to advise and support and their local knowledge and contacts are invaluable.
During the years we have been looking for a home in Spain we have had dealings with many estate agents and have found Los Hildickos to be second to none.

Wij kunnen niets anders zeggen dan dat we een meer dan fantastische ervaring hebben opgedaan bij Marijse en Julian van Dolphen Homes! Zij boden het huis aan voor de verkopende partij, maar we hebben vanaf de eerste bezichtiging heel veel hulp en bijval van hen gehad in alle zaken die bij wonen in Spanje komen kijken! Wij voelden ons heel onzeker, vertrouwden niemand omdat alles nieuw is en je onwetend bent. Zij hebben ons correct geadviseerd en bijgestaan. Ze hebben het netwerk dat nodig is om alles vlot en efficiënt te regelen en zijn duidelijk, eerlijk en open in communicatie. En dat terwijl zij niet eens onze eigen makelaar waren!
