Parque Natural Sierra de Grazalema

Fantastic place. Didn’t expect it. Thought that interior will be rather dry and yellow. But this national park is really diverse, lot of pinia forests, some maquia as well of course. Mountains but not difficult to climb. Wish I had more time to cherish. It reminded me of western side of Corsica island, one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen

Super pretty and nice place to walk, there is an entrance trough a gate and then head left trough the trail. Be careful when its wet as the rocks on the trail are very slippery.

A very peacefully area, stayed 10 days for paragliding but there are alot of outdoor activities and historic places to visit some off the beaten track dating from Roman times.

Beautiful area, astonishing views, (special) birds and butterflies to spot, great place for hiking.

From Benamahoma to Zahara de la Sierra is an exceptional stretch of road. I drove it again today and found three young and/or female Iberian Ibex along the road. They are very accustomed to cars and will scamper up the nearly vertical rocks right next to the road.

Worth to visit! Amazing views, nice nature around, so chill. Perfect for a weekend visit, there is possibility to go hiking ( hike Garganta verde, opens 16 of October due to fire danger), go kayaking or paragliding ( need to book in advance).

Loving climbing and hiking in this area including visits to some incredibly picturesque towns like El Bosque, Zahara and Grazalema. Yesterday completed 2 hour walk into canyon to visit Garganta Verde cave and watch the majestic vultures soaring above.

Excellent place. Breathtaking views. "Must visit" place. Make sure your car is fit for this trip as you are going to drive over tops, via high mountain roads.

One wide expanse of beauty! New vistas open up as the roads wide around and between hills and there were so many varieties of wild flowers when we visited in May.

Sierra de Grazalema has impressive crests and a beautiful landscape. Way greener than I was expecting for the south of Spain.
