Perfect and very authentic village restaurant with local house-cuisine!!
It is not about modern design or high fusion cuisine:)
It is about family atmosphere!! About perfect paella cooked on an open fire;) about noisy and cute family lunches;)
About more that adequate price:)

So highly recommended!!!

Must go place. Fab paella. We love to stop by on our bike tours. Sitting on terrace eating generous salad , liver , calamari , bread and aioli. Bobs your uncle.

Great place, cheap to eat, good paella. Not fancy, but it gets the basics right

I try to come out here at least once every summer. Their paella valenciana is second to none! I highly recommend la sepia as appetizer.
Overall highly recommended. Locals spot so it will be full weekends if you don't reserve days in advance.

A great restaurant in Parcent. According to others, the best place to eat paella. In summer time it's so busy that booking in advance is a must. The restaurant offers a fish or vegetarian paella as well, but these need to be ordered a day in advance. The staff is friendly and efficient, but don't speak much English. Like many Spanish restaurants, the prices are very reasonable.

Brilliant find. Taken their by friends and will certainly be back. Bread and alioli, super fresh salad, great paella, pud and bottle of decent wine between two - all for 11 euro a head. Filled with locals on the Sunday we went. I'm told booking a couple of weeks in advance is advisable.

Very good paella, traditionally made on wood. Rapid service. Go for outdoor seating for great mountain views. You can go here after a hike in sport clothes, it's easy going.

Simply the best and most elegant paella I have had. The rice is perfectly cooked with both the essence of the wood fire cooking and the just-right crispness of toasted finish on the skillet. The meat is tender and flavorful. Not over salted. Just right with the saffron. The Gambia’s are finished without over firmness. As for ambiance - the setting is lovely. The staff is hospitable and gracious. My hosts speak Español so my lack in that arena is not an impediment. The wine flies and is eminently quafffable. The flan is perfecto. I enjoy a Belmonte to bring a leisurely lunch to a close.

We went with friends who had dined there before, well what a great paella the place was heaving. I would recommend booking but if you like good Spanish food you won’t be disappointed.
