Restaurant Dgust

Food was great , vegetable paella was perfectly seasoned and tasty , more than enough for three ! Sashimi salmon starter is my favourite as it is always juicy and fresh

Usually when I review a place it is because it is bad or very good. In this case, I knew it was very good but always forgot to take pictures and pictures says more than 1000 words. So where to start? Only one negative point, what a surprise…
Not all was extremely well prepared, staff (especially Victor) was living up to their standards. Food was excellent. Service was excellent. No complaints whatsoever. One remark. We ordered the Menu del Dia (3 courses and a few surprises, positive off course). But the food was coming a bit too fast. We had almost no time to finish one dish and the other one was already there. Anyhow the food was excellent. Highly recommended if the staff is not in a hurry. But will go again, might be a one-time small mistake.
What we had, simple, look at the pictures. Tartar de Salmon, Lomo de merluza and the caz de pescado. Desert was brilliant. For desert, we got the flan catalán or creme brulé and cheese cake. And a chupito on the house off course. Overall highly recommended. But again the remark. Please give some time between the different courses. If the food was not that good, rating would be lower....

I've been visiting D'Gust for the last 7 years and it's consistently brilliant. Well worth the money if you want a special meal. Excellent service every time!

We had our 50th Wedding anniversary meal at the Dgust and we could not of selected a better restaurant in Moriara.The service,food,drinks and atmosphere was excellent.The waiters were excellent and they took our photos together.We also received a complementary slice of cake with a sparkler and 2 glasses of bubbly .It made our night special .

Perfect attempts from the staff to make a nice evening. From the chef, to the waitress/host there are many mistakes they can do. But they never do any. And they give so much more than the text on the menu.
They food on the menu is quality, and perhaps more exenpensive than the rest of the restaurants. But it is so worth it. This is a good finale! This is where you treat yourself. I enjoy the teamwork even more than the food. Some times you just eat, but this is a food experience. They give so much. Huge mistake to just pass by this experience in Moraira. My family always go here, every year, 3 generations.

Slightly blustery on the terrace so we were moved inside without fuss. Obviously a favourite with locals - great service and delicious food, the salt-baked sea bass was excellent! Recommended.

July 2023 update: Still awesome.

July 2021 update: For me the best restaurant in Moraira town centre. The service is still fabulous, very well presented food and now a fantastic meat selection.

What a great restaurant. A local that I know recommended me some nice restaurants in the area, and Dgust was high on his list. It's a bit pricy, but that's well worth it! The food was fantastic, and you get a lot extra (for example: ice cream in between the starter and the main course). The staff was very friendly, especially the tall waiter! Thank you for a lovely evening and some delicious food.

Wow! Beyond belief! Exquisite food one would expect from a 5 Star. Presentation is artwork. Excellent service and ambiance. Do not miss this restaurant.

The prices were a surprise! I would have expected and would pay double what they charged.

As I am not. Qualified food critic I only review restaurants that I would refer my best friends to.
I think anybody can have an off day so I don’t criticize Restaurants that I’m not pleased with we just don’t go back.

There were a way to put six stars on this restaurant they would certainly deserve it

D'gust is a wonderful restaurant. Fantastic wine, great food and you feel so welcome. The waiters are so friendly and informative yet professional to the point our glasses were filled and we didn't even notice.

This one of my favourite restaurants full stop. The food is excellent, the quality of the menu of the day is better than most places a la carte menu. The staff are so friendly. We have going there for over 10 years. It never disappoints.

Wow..fine dining at it's best.. beautiful air conditioned restaurant with lovely front terrace also for al fresco lovers. Attentive , polite, friendly, knowledgable staff and then there is the food....beautifully presented..wonderful good quality fresh flavours and a great choice of dishes. We all had different dishes and all cooked to perfection...the sea bass a personal favourite of mine..menu del dia available every day as well as the normal menu and some days they have specials also..a must visit for food lovers..amazing selection of good quality wines and spirits...book in advance as very popular restaurant...Enjoy

Family favourite restaurant in Moraira, great service, great food. Try the menu del dia fixed price made up of dishes from the main menu.

Very good upmarket eatery but at the upper end of the price bracket. Great for special occasions.
