Great experience shopping for a smartphone today, I purchased exactly what I needed thanks to the professional advice I received from a salesperson. I wish that I would have asked for her name so that I could give her credit, it was Saturday, August 28th between 15:00 and 15:30, she is petite with brown hair.

Came here and bought a new Galaxy A23 and had the service desk transfer all my data, contacts and apps over from my old phone. I was very happy with the service I received from the service desk and Juanjo. 2 days later my Wife had a problem with her WhatsApp on her phone and I said take it to Juanjo to see if he can help. Sure enough he helped us and we are very happy with his help. A great guy.

We had been here to take benefit of the Apple Watch offer and must say the service was really good. We went for an exchange by returning our old series 4 watch and buying an series 8. A special mention about the Media Markt employee, Jose who was extremely helpful and friendly.

Vast selection of technology categories and models. Unsurprisingly then electronics can be baffling for many of us as so many factors have to be considered.
My experience over a number of visits is that the staff are both knowledgeable and helpful in navigating this complexity.
Prices also tend to be competitive.

You can find almost all electrical including computers, TVs, accessories, etc, etc..in the huge warehouse. . Pricy but easy to find and purchase quick.
