I like to take the opportunity to thank Luis Gil for great service at the La Cañana store. I have been a client for a few years and I must say that the service is generally good, but I like to give Luis a little extra star for his lovely approach and professionalism.

I visited the Apple Store 2 hours ago and had a fantastic experience! The store had a great atmosphere, and the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. In particular, I want to highlight the exceptional assistance provided by the store manager, Viktor. Their expertise and patience in addressing my queries were truly impressive. I highly recommend this Apple Store, thanks to their wonderful team and outstanding manager!

Good and friendly attendants

I had a great experience in that Apple Store! Great and friendly help from the people, professionalism and they gave their best to give me the solution. As well talked English. And was fun the see if they did a small celebration there. It may take some time since you need to make an appointment while visiting, so it’s great to go in the morning time, but depends what is your question and how much time you need.

My old Macbook stopped booting up, so I went on my iPad to the Apple Support app and scheduled an appointment at La Cañada.

When I arrived, Enrique was put on the case. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining everything he was going to do clearly and in English which was great because my Spanish isn't (great).

At first, we thought the issue might be software related, but unfortunately, after many hours (and days) and a TON of different tricks and techniques that the team tried, Enrique and the team determined the problem was hardware related. While it took a while to do the diagnostics, I am VERY grateful for the amount of troubleshooting the team did. If this were any other tech store (reseller), it would cost me a lot of money for that type of expert troubleshooting. Luckily, at the La Cañada Apple store, the troubleshooting cost me nothing.

Enrique kept me updated by phone throughout the process and explained all of my options (with costs) once we determined it was hardware. I highly recommend this store.

I found here everything I wanted, including the latest iPhone and Apple Watch; all accesories available; quick and professional service; not crowded early in the morning; free parking and wi-fi;

Impeccable care and attention to hygiene (due to the pandemic) but with politeness and care. The service is always excellent but today the young man serving us was even more helpful and personable than usual. Superb displays of the products and accessories.... The complete experience e was perfect! We both bought new mobiles... Backup help is continuing tomorrow - all included in the price.

I had a tech support appointment today but due to a change of circumstances I needed assistance earlier than planned. Honestly, I was dreading being told I’d have to wait ages to be seen, as I’ve seen how busy the store gets - but I was lucky enough to receive attention from Cyril, who managed to be see me (as another customer was late) and fixed the issue promptly and knowledgeably. He was also friendly, a pleasure to consult with and explained things to me really well. Much appreciated, thank you 😊

Went without appointment Was given one for 20 minutes later. What excellent service and advice, wonderful customer service My Spanish is basic but she spoke some English.and when necessary Spanish slow and clear. Explained my options and quite alot of 'how to do xxx'

I didn't expect so friendly and helpful staff to be honest because I didn't speak so good Spanish and most people in other shops were getting tired and you could see on their faces. Unfortunately I don't remember their names but everyone listened to the problem my phone had and searched for solution. 🙏

I do not recommend this store at all. First of all because of the waiting , even if you have an appointment, you won’t get around at least 35 minutes waiting. I do not understand it. Secondly, I purchased an expensive disk drive which did not work and had to go back to return it , suffering through the long waiting time again. In addition, the km done till you reach La Cañada, and the traffic. Thirdly, I left my computer to change some keyboard keys and it turns out that when I get home they won’t work. I had to go back again another time to rechange again the keys. In conclusion, the high prices do not fit the quality one has to consequently receive. It is just not worth it. I have never had so many problems with Apple in Spain, compared to their stores and products in the USA. The story with the broken disk drive is unforgivable.

My parents needed a new phone and the salesman Ignacio helped them amazingly. He even helped them transfer all data from old to new phone. Great service, fully recommended.

Excellent customer service and the person serving us helprd us make the best purchase of a new computer based on our needs and not on upselling. This is always appreciated. Apple is taking their Covid-19 policy to get into their store seriously, however they were not very good at getting people to queue properly, causing a bottleneck and people not social distancing. The lines could be streamlined much easier and better.

Very good experience with my laptop in Genius Bar. Quick service and friendly, english speaking staff. What a nice place to visit!

Massive temple for apple fans,great choice of products

My iphone 8 wasn’t turning on (I tried to fix it by myself at home but I didn’t success) so I decided to make an appointment in this Apple store. I had a young man helping me and he solved my problem instantly. I was very grateful. I recommend this place 100%.

I have to be non diplomatic here. I am Not an Apple user nor will I ever be. But my family is and I have to live with that. However, if there ever was a store that can change my mind it is this one. The quality of service and the positive attitude are amazing. The care givers, if I may call them that are so caring, so attentive that I feel jealous from not being an Apple user.

Kudos to them. I have been in many Apple Stores but this one is the best.
