Restaurant Petit Grill Basque

A little gem of a restaurant. All the food we had was amazing. The pork pate was the best I have ever tasted. It has a very inventive Heath Robinson climate control fan system which the waitresses take turns in operating. We left with smiles on our faces having had a very enjoyable evening.

Just the souffle is worth dinning there. It's not on the menu so you have to ask for it.

After a couple of disappointing meals at other restaurants, we found this gem of a restaurant tucked away in the back streets.
Besides having a great atmosphere and friendly and efficient service the food was fantastic
The menu was simple but brilliant. Started with a salad with sheep's cheese followed by sole meuniere. We were recommended to try the soufflé with Grand Marnier - you could have dived in and gone to heaven.
The only disappointment was that it was our last night, and we had not discovered it earlier

Small restaurant with delicious homemade authentic food! You’ll feel amazed by the two ladies cooking and serving the food! Dont forget to book a table in advance! Highly recommend it!

Absolutely incredible meal

2 ladies, who know exactly what they are doing. All food is home made and absolutely delicious. Must book if in St Jean de Luz, as it is always full.

La comida excepcional. Delicioso el tartar, los mejillones, la merluza (un must) y la carne a la pimienta ESPECTACULAR. Sin duda el lugar para comer en San Juan De Luz.

Très bon dîner. Des produits bien cuisinés et des assiettes roboratives.
Le service est efficace, rapide et sympathique.
Seulement 4/5 pour l'ambiance car la salle était très bruyante ce soir-là.
À goûter sans fautes à Saint-Jean-de-Luz.

une adresse appréciée depuis des décennies reprise récemment par un chef talentueux qui a partir de mets de qualité propose une cuisine simple et délicieuse. Ravie d'avoir retrouvé ce lieu avec tout son charme d'antan. Le nouveau chef propose des produits de qualité qui sont présentés comme des grands classiques mais préparés avec beaucoup de modernité et une cuisson parfaite. Merci pour ce bon moment.
