La Posada de Lalola Hotel & Restaurant

We really enjoyed our stay at La Posada de Lalola in the.quiet village of Buera.
Just 5 minutes drive from the remarkable medieval village of Alquezar with its amazing history and vistas.
There is beautiful scenery and many hikes and walks through the region.
What really made the experience was Bruno and his incredible service. He gave us great advice on things to see and do in the area… and the best wines.
You really must dine at Lalola restaurant and let Chef Bruno take you on a culinary journey. You won’t be disappointed.

We both loved staying at this place. However, it was Bruno and his food that made the experience incredible. We will not forget his amazing cooking and service. He's a great guy too and we would love to see him again one day. Rich and Lauren

The 8-course meal was a gastronomical experience.
We were there on October 2022 and still remember every bite we had!
We were in so many high rated restaurants in both France and Spain, and didn't have such an amazing experience as at Lolola!
Bruno is an amazing chef and have an amazing life story although he is still in his 20's! Ask him to tell you his story!

I never thought we would find this kind of hotel, service and food in a small village in northern Spain. If you cant get a room at the hotel you absolutely must dine in the restaurant. The lamb is like nothing I’ve had before and the recommended wine was a very pleasant surprise. Call ahead to make sure you get a seat. The hotel is small and modest but full of charm. Staff are five stars.

Gorgeous little hotel in a small village near stunning Alquezar. The rooms are tidy, there’s a garden with a beautiful view, very tranquil. The most memorable thing is Bruno and his cooking, he’s an amazing chef and host, the dinner we had was delicious accompanied by a selection of local wines. It’s a place you’d want to go back to, we definitely will. Thank you Bruno and Gabriela.

The Posada is unique and characterful, as far away from modern chain hotels as you can get, and situated in a remote and tranquil village in the pretty wine country of Somontano. What made the place delightful for me was the lovely staff and above all the care and attention of Bruno who really puts his guests first; nothing is too much trouble. He also produces the delicious food in the restaurant - some of it literally, such as his wonderful home-grown tomatoes! What with the comfortable bed and the silence (except for the owls) I slept well.

The Room was super clean and decorated with an eclectic mix of furnishings and artwork, but the gem is the Restaurant! Bruno is the chef, waiter and sommelier! He made super foods, locally sourced, delicious, well presented and paired with wines from the region!! He explained the wines, in detail and also the olive oils, honey, and sherry that are used in his dishes. The dining room has wonderful ambience, candles, artwork and photos on the walls and makes you feel really comfortable and welcome. What a gem!!

One of the most awesome places we have ever been. With the sweetest people, incredibly delicious food and drinks. You feel pampered. I love De LaLola, the people and the environment.

Very cute and different restaurant set within a pretty village. You don't get to chose from a menu, you just get given what's available that day. The food was excellent as was the wine and service. I'd definitely go again!

Ayer cenamos en la Posada de Lalola y fue toda una sorpresa, trabaja con productos de calidad y la comida esta deliciosa. Si hay algún plato que no te gusta se lo comentas y el te da otra opción. Respecto al ambiente muy familiar tanto Bruno, que se nota que le pone mucho cariño a lo que hace, como su padre, que nos dio recomendaciones y fue muy amable.
Recomendamos que visitéis Lalola si estáis por sus alrededores.

Par le plus grand des hasards, nous avons découvert hier soir, ce restaurant, tout simplement divin! Accueil chaleureux, dans une ambiance vintage et atypique, tout comme j’aime ! Le service et la cuisine sont assurés, par une seule et même personne ( le patron) , ce qui fait qu’il n’y a pas mieux pour savoir ce que Bruno nous a concocté !
Je recommande fortement cet endroit, les yeux fermés !

El hotel es muy acogedo y muy bonito. Es pequeño, 5 habitaciones dobles. El chico que se encarga, Bruno, es muy detallista y te hace sentir como en casa, incluso antes de llegar. Nos ha cuidado mucho y nos ha aconsejado sobre lo que podríamos visitar .
Volveremos.

De entrada he decir: ¡Espectacular! Si usted está buscando un servicio de mesa con servilletas blanco nuclear o de color pastel uniforme, una vajilla a la última y una iluminación aderezada con "cositas" este no es su lugar. Pero si usted busca una experiencia, es lo mejor que le puede pasar. Un maravilloso rincón ubicado en Buera, Somontano de Huesca, ¡bello! La sazón, las estancias de la casona, las vistas y el para siempre en mi corazón, Bruno. Un trato cercano, aderezado con su sonrisa y todo el amor puesto en cada plato.
Una experiencia inolvidable maridada con el umami de un buen vino. Gracias La Lola por tanto detalle bonito. Ashé 💛.

Fuimos a cenar. Una experiencia muy grata. Bruno nos ofrecio una variedad de platos a cual mejor, con productos frescos y de calidad. Ahora solo nos falta repetir descansando en una de sus habitaciones.

Das Hotel ist perfekt. Es sind schöne gemütliche und saubere Zimmer. Der Wirt Bruno ist unglaublich, er ist extrem freundlich und hat versucht alles perfekt zu machen. Wir haben spontan um eine Nacht verlängert weil es uns so gut gefallen hat.
Er hat an zwei Abenden für uns jeweils ein grandioses Menü gekocht und uns dazu den passenden Wein empfohlen, am nächsten Morgen haben wir wieder ein sehr gutes Frühstück von ihm bekommen.
Das Hotel bietet eine sehr entspannte familiäre Atmosphäre, parken war auch kein Problem.

Wir haben uns von Bruno ein paar Ausflugsziele geben lassen welche alle ebenfalls sehr gut waren.

Wir hatten unseren Spaß und sehr gutes Essen.

Mach so weiter Bruno, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles in Allem können wir Bruno und sein Hotel / Restaurant bedingungslos weiterempfehlen.

Hemos hecho noche en Posada La Lola. La habitación ha sido muy comfortable y con todo lo necesario, la cama era muy cómoda. Cenamos y desayunamos y hemos de decir que Bruno nos hizo sentir que estabamos en casa, no había carta para cenar, él nos iba trayendo lo que había pensado o lo k nos apeteciera y estaba todo espectacular. El desayuno muy completo. En general tienen ingredientes de calidad y platos caseros. Repetiremos si tenemos que volver a Huesca. Gracias por vuestra cercanía.

Que magnífica experiéncia. Pasamos un fin de semana entero en la posada y no podríamos haber elegido mejor. La posada está en un edificio muy bonito y con encanto y las habitaciones están genial.

El restaurante, increíble. Que delícia de platos. Atención de primera por parte de Bruno. Se nota que hace las cosas con pasión y cariño.

Sin duda un sitio a recomendar y al que tenemos ganas de volver!!

Magnífico restaurante con una atención impecable y una comida que es una auténtica delicia. Mi más sincera enhorabuena a Bruno, nos hemos sentido como en casa, o mejor.
Cada plato, con una presentación elegante y un sabor exquisito, desde el consomé como aperitivo, brioche con una mezcla de mermelada y sardina, alcachofas con foie, lomo bajo de vaca vieja, bacalao al pil pil, carrirellas, caracoles, tarta de queso… un fantástico festín.
A todos los que estéis leyendo esto, no tardéis en acercaros, La posada de la Lola, toda una experiencia culinaria. Espero volver muy pronto.

Soy de la zona y hace días que queríamos ir a comer porque me habían hablado maravillas tanto del producto como de Bruno y la verdad que cumplió con creces mis expectativas.
Todos los platos que nos fue sacando tenían un toque especial tanto de sabor como de elaboración.
La recomendación del vino de 10.
Y el ambiente en el restaurante maravilloso, esos sitios que la conversación fluye y pasan las horas sin que te des cuenta …. Súper agustito, me encantó.
