H10 Delfín

Amazing hotel! Lovely staff. On arrival, the balcony door lock had broke however after reporting to reception, it was fixed within the hour which is amazing service. Evening entertainment was great with a mix of acts. Pool area was lovely and not too busy. The room was cleaned to a high standard daily and the air con worked lovely. The distance to the beach was convenient where we spent the majority of our time. We will definitely be returning.

Late August 2024. This was the first time my teenage daughter had ever been abroad. Overall myself and my daughter had a lovely stay. I can't fault the cleanliness. Everything was spotless. Location was perfect with good entertainment in the evenings. If I had just one small negative it would be that the rooftop pool was quite small and very shallow, having said that it is a plunge pool. The food was good. All the staff were pleasant and considerate. Thank you delfin team

All in all we had a lovely stay. The room was great but our view was rubbish. The food was excellent, reception staff were very helpful and extremely pleasant.

There is a daily line up from 8am for the sun bed dash. We did find it difficult when one day we sat at the poolside too see 4 towels on sun beds for 5 hours not used. This happened daily!

I cannot fault a thing, very clean rooms and all area's of the hotel, food very good with lots of choices. Staff very helpful and went above and beyond when one of ours cases went missing from the coach. Found within an 1hr. Would defo come to this hotel if ever in the area again. 5 ⭐

The hotel was stunning and we loved the food and rooms. The location is perfect a short walk away from the beach all the main strip but never felt loud and was so relaxing.

The pools was amazing we especially loved the rooftop one with some beautiful views

Highly recommended. This was such a beautiful hotel. The staff were very polite and accommodating. I downloaded the Google translate app which made it incredibly easy to communicate with everyone even though I didn't always need it as they had a great understanding of English language.

The hotel was very clean, bedroom, reception, restaurant and pool area all 5 star. I would definitely stay here again.

A very relaxed comfortable hotel, beautifully designed. The staff are very friendly, nothing is a problem for them, the entertainment staff, a young man, his name eludes me at this time, sorry! He catered for all nationalities, he had the whole poolside eating out of his hand! The beds! Wow they were so so comfortable!, a great night’s sleep.

A great stay at this lovely hotel, from the moment we walked in and met the receptionist to the moment we left we had a great stay, All the staff are so friendly and helpful even though they are always busy. The food was great, lots of choice for breakfast and dinner even with two teenagers, Rooms not on the large size but big enough and cleaned very well daily, would totally recommend and if/when we come back to Salou will definitely stay here again

Really enjoyed our holiday at heDelphin Hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely warm welcome on arrival from Noah and Judith on reception. The only negative, the buffet in the evening was average, not enough choice for vegetarians. Would prefer waitress service for coffees and teas at breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Superior room huge balcony.other rooms smaller but still nice. Great location, central . Really nice staff. Breakfast nice, dinner a bit lacking, food not so hot. Supermarket across road REALLY friendly guy on desk. Would recommend highly, older crowd with some ok entertainment in evenings.

Sorry for the delay in writing a review, we arrived on 4th June until the 14th and had another wonderful time with who, we regard as our friends, Jimmy,Naty,Jesus, Matilda and many more lovely staff. We cannot fault this hotel which we look forward to going to each year, food ,service and friendliness of all staff is the reason we have gone back for a number of years.
Gonzalo who is the entertainment member of staff was a delight.
We have mentioned before on previous reviews how we see the same faces every year which shows how different nationalities return year after year which confirms how good they feel about this hotel.The entertainment was good which is why we remain in the hotel at night.
The hotel is very clean and maintenance issues were dealt with very quickly thanks to the reception staff who were very efficient and friendly.
We feel at home and looked after at the delfin and can’t wait to return next year

Had a fabulous time time at the H10 Delfin hotel.lovely and friendly staff always happy to help.food was lovely and as I'm gluten free I had plenty of food choices.the two chefs who came out to me to show me what I could eat every night were brilliant.entertainment every night was great we could watch from are room balcony which was good.pools lovely too.rooms great would of been nice to have a couple bottles of water on arrival.and a few more coat hangers.would go again as plenty to do.

Had a wonderful stay at here. A special thank you to Jesus, Jimmy, Maty and Saul all working at the bar who really made our holiday special and made us laugh all week.

Just returned from this hotel spent 10 nights first time we have been and we are booking up for next year what brilliant hotel, food really good, staff friendly good entertament at night 5 minute walk to the beach and close to the shops as well beds are very comfy good room service ,rooms cleaned every day

Hotel is very central but with a quiet ambience.
Hotel is spotless and our room very clean.
Excellent choice of food at breakfast and evening meal. Huge thanks to chefs and catering staff.
Very attentive, professional and friendly staff. From reception staff to restaurant / bar waiters and cleaning staff. All are great.
Any issues we had were addressed very promptly.
No negative comment. Already looking forward to returning next year.

Good location and go for the pool view rooms if possible. Did Half board and probably the best choice as you’ve got the freedom to explore for lunch and there are plenty of options and paella galore. Pools are great and plenty of beds. As it’s adult only nice to see beds available at 08:30 as most of us probably were drunk the night before. Food is ok at the hotel.

This hotel is clean quiet and in the centre for everything in Salou. I was bed and breakfast and the breakfast was perfect. No faults.

We had a perfect stay! The Hotel is fabulous. The staff are pleasant and polite. The food choices are terrific and delicious.

Our room was brilliant and spotlessly clean, the location is fantastic, one street back from the main drag & 5 minutes walk to the beach!

Great welcome- lovely reception staff who offered all the information needed (pool times, busiest food times, bar opening times and wristband payments). Fantastic drink options (again, lovely and helpful staff) 10/10 coffees and cocktails. Very wide variety of food options at all meals. Can buy a water bottle for 4€ to fill up which was great! Very central, close to the beach. Great daytime and evening entertainment. Laughed all week long with other hotel guests and the staff. Loved our week away, can’t recommend enough!!!
