Hotel Belvedere

Easy access hotel.Friendly polite staff.House maids who clean and make the beds do a great job.Busy hotel but staff always on hand.
Food hit and miss but won't go hungry.
Was my birthday whilst there and received a bottle of wine which is a very nice thought.Thanks guys.

Overall experience was great, plenty of entertainment on thru the day for kids and adults. Shows at night sometimes not to my taste but that is only my opinion. Still had a show every night though. Entertainment team certainly put in a good shift to keep visitors entertained. Food brilliant, plenty of choices. Food ofter cooked in front of customers at hotplate of grille, and in abundance. Keep a few euro coins on you for the pool table as reception and bars cannot just give change out. There is a change machine but only 10 euro notes accepted, didn't spoil hols though, just note to myself to remember next year when we return.

Staff are friendly and hotel is a good size rooms are good size too but bathroom could do with a refresher sink was blocked on arrival reported it but was still blocked on departure maybe a kettle as well for making a brew otherwise had an enjoyable weeks break

I was a little concerned when I read some of the reviews for this hotel but I need not have worried. Immaculately clean rooms and public areas. Yes the pool area is not huge but more than adequate with lots of sun loungers. The staff were, without exception, friendly and helpful. The room, although pn the small side, had everything we needed and cleaned daily. Towels and bedding regularly changed. The restaurant was busy at times but the food was good with plenty of choice. We enjoyed our holiday and hope to return later in the year

Rooms were a bit small but had telly, space to put clothes and suitcases, still very modern for what you pay!
Staff were always happy to help and friendly

Just back from a weeks stay in this hotel the rooms are spotless and cleaned every day and the staff are so friendly, the food is beautiful. Will definitely be back

This hotel was brilliant. From minute 1 to the last minutes we had. We have 2 young girls and traveled with a group of 20 and not 1 of us have a bad thing to say. The entertainment staff was brilliant was funny for both the children and adults. The bar staff on the outside bar was brilliant and deserve a lot of credit for going above and beyond to giving the best customer service. We are rebooking again next year with extra days! Holiday blues are setting in and it’s all credit to the fantastic service of ohtel Belvedere

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean and maintained all throughout the stay! Food was beautiful and there was always something for each of us. The staff were great too so accommodating and friendly. Will definitely be returning.

Went to the hotel for my anniversary and 40th birthday we are just back. The rooms and food were great and the entertainment team where fantastic made the stay there even better. The kids absolutely loved it. Me and my family will definitely be booking this hotel in the future.

The hotel was lovely & clean, but far to small for 4 people in a room, entertainment staff were fantastic with the kids, and they did a great job! The food was okish

Great hotel in a great location. Only 20 minute stroll to Portaventura and 10 minutes to the beach. Rooms are small but we still managed easily as a family of 4. Pool areas were lovely and clean and the kids loved the slides. Bar area was nice and the table service was an added bonus. Food was tasty in the evenings although selection was a bit limited. Always found something to have. Food was always warm and appeared to be good quality. Kids mini disco started at 9.30pm which was too late in our opinion but even so, the kids loved it. Would definitely stay here again if was visiting Salou!

Great location.. 10 min walk to ferrari land and 10 min walk to the beach. Lovely pool, although it was freezing as we went late April early May.

This hotel was amazing, the general cleanliness was top class. The best part and a credit to the hotel are the entertainers they were funny and always very interactive with all guests. They made such everyone could get involved.
The rooms were not bad, we had a family room which was just 2 doubles pushed close to each other so not much privacy but they were cleaned everyday. The food was OK, nothing to much to shout about but still there was something for everyone. I would recommend this hotel or any in the ohtel chain.

So we stayed here for a week and if I could give the service over 5 stars i would. my daughter fell ill and we needed medical care, 2 of the reception staff pablo and Adrian went above and beyond.

give me, my partner and child the best service I have ever had. Anywhere. They broke down and translated every single peice of her medication we where given and also checked up on us multaple times after to see if our daughter was doing okay and if we needed anything. I just want to say a massive thank you to them two men if they ever read this your customer care is amazing and you are 2 of the most lovely people I have ever met.

The poolside actives are fun for both adults and children and the staff are very interactive and friendly.

All in all a very very pleasant experiance and I will defentely visit again. 10/10.

my family stayed here great entertainment day and night a lot of break-in this hotel and stealing by the pool security told me to leave because I was across the road I explained I was with the family made no difference to him told me to get my stuff and go Andy the tui rep got it sorted after a few hours would not be going there to much security

Just come back from spending 7days here with my 2 sons. Can't fault the place at all we loved it. The room was a good size, the food was delicious, we all enjoyed the pool and the staff were all polite and friendly. The hotel was clean throughout and it is located right near shops/bars and beach. Will be returning again soon.

Beautiful hotel, just back from here & I can honestly say we really enjoyed our stay here, excellent staff from reception, restaurant, bar, cleaning. It’s immaculate, pools were a big hit with our 6yr old granddaughter, very well located a 15 minute stroll to the beach, supermarket just across the road & bus stops just around the corner. Well done to all at Belvedere & thank you for everything we will be back.

Stayed here 4 nights October 2022. Used as a base to attend WRC Rally Catalunya. Can't fault anything about the hotel. 10 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes walk to the service area and centrally located with shops and bars all around.

Rooms were clearly renovated recently and ours was well equipped with massive shower, fridge, TV and balcony with pool view. We stayed a little out of season, but there was a nice vibe about the place. Good mix of guests, of various nationalities and ages. Staff at reception really helpful, as were the bar staff and entertainment team around the pool.

We would without a doubt stay again when attending the rally in the future. Thanks all 10/10.
