Just back from a 5 night stay Close to the strip and beach Spotlessly clean hotel rooms cleaned everyday clean towels etc Staff were the nicest most pleasant team I've come across in a hotel. We were all inclusive with a fussy eating on board but we found something for all evwning entertainment kids club would definitely go back

Spent over one week in this hotel, a few days still to go. Came out all inclusive on a last minute booking, and the service has been exceptional.

Rooms - Cleaned every day, fresh towels and beds made. Issues with the safe in first instance but not generally needed as rooms are secured.

Food - all served as buffet style meals, breakfast is great selection from all day breakfast to cereals and pastries. Lunch can be served in the dining room 1300-1500 or by the pool from the snack van (can be very samesy) just as the dinner can be samesy but always finding something to eat and never an issue. Had a few nights out of the hotel eating elsewhere.

Service - All staff at the hotel are absolutely fantastic and always get a good conversation. Most mornings and afternoons we had been served by Mar who is an absolute star and always made our mornings with the cheerful smile. Can be some issues with language barriers. Any time a taxi or transport via bus was needed just spoke with reception and they were happy to book this for us.

Great Location right near the beach and Strip and not far from theme park! Comfy bed and breakfast was spot on! All the staff were amazing! Especially Mar in the Restaurant, she was always very welcoming and checking up on you! Very lovely genuine Lady! Breakfast and theme park tickets included in the price! Would definitely recommend!

Great location, friendly staff, great all inclusive options also. Discounted tickets to Portaventura and free shuttle bus includes. Food lovely and large selection at all meal times.

Lovely rooms with aircon, food is good (I was very worried about this due to some awful reviews when the place first opened but that’s now all in the past). The staff on the bar, reception and food hall were exceptional. Would certainly come back.

Hotel propre, pas trop bruyant, personnel agréable. Odeur de tabac dans la chambre, le personnel de l'accueil nous a tout de suite changé de chambre. Buffet du petit déjeuner bien garni et varié. Je recommande

La verdad que hemos estado perfectamente bien. El hotel es impresionante, por fuera ya es preciosa la entrada, pero por dentro, es otro nivel muy superior. Todo el hotel parece nuevo, limpieza de 10 y el servicio igual. Creo que recomiendo este hotel antes que los que hay dentro de los parques de PortAventura World. Muchísimo más económico y el servicio de restauración es excelente. Tiene una gran variedad de platos para cenar, incluso postres. En la web pone que la bebida no está incluida, pero se da por hecho que a “bebida” se refiere con vinos, cavas… La verdad que personalmente me parece un hotel de 5 estrellas, no de 4. Está perfectamente ubicado y tienes un bus que te lleva al parque. Media pensión recomendada, ya que el siguiente día te lo pasas en el parque y tener que volver para comer no es muy recomendable, tienes una gran cantidad de restaurantes dentro del parque. De verdad, no me esperaba para nada que fuera así de perfecto. Recomendado 100%.

Très bon séjour en famille. L'emplacement de l'hôtel pas loin du centre. La plage en 5 minutes à pied. Le personnel très souriant.
J'aimerais un lit plus large.

Hotel muy bien situado para ir a PortAventura. Todo muy limpio. El menú tipo buffet, aunque no hay mucha variedad, está bastante bien

Superbe hôtel et personnel au top !! A quelques mètres de la plage et a côté de PortAventura, avec navette gratuite matin et soir.

Me encanta el hotel .la comida del restaurante muy ,deliciosa y variada. Los postres todo la pulcritud muy limpio todo y deseo felicitar al ángel nos recibió muy amablemente.el chef pau.las chicas de la noche natalia,lola muy maja.yasin.realmente todo el personal del restaurante de la.noche estuvo muy amable.estoy muy feliz y satisfecha.hasta me acompañaron a cantar el cumpleaños al niño.son muy amorosos.y el turno de la mañana quiero agradecer la chica que me a la morena que ayudó con hielo porque me he caído no supe si noombre.y a mayle.una chica muy amable responsable.que su trato a sido muy bueno para con nosotros muy educada .y a todo el el personal de restaurante de l mañana gracias . gracias, gracias.rl hotel muy aseado.,pues volveremos en verano vale la pena de verdad

Instalaciones muy bonitas, limpias y espaciosas.
Comida deliciosa. Una gran variedad para elegir, pero sobre todo el personal es maravilloso, amable , empatico y servicial, Angel “camarero” muy muy amable, Lola, Pau, Yasin, han sido encantadores , nos han tratado muy bien , incluso cantándole cumpleaños a mi hijo , de verdad que un trato inigualable.

Volveremos muy pronto!!

Chambre très propre, bonne insonorisation. Un personnel très accueillant . L'hôtel est très bien situé

La chambre était super. Le personnel était adorable, toujours souriant et prêt à aider. Le buffet était très bien.
Et on avait pas pris le repas du soir en option mais quand un soir on a voulu aller au resto de l'hôtel on a pas eu de problème et le prix était très correct.

Hemos estado una noche en el hotel y la verdad que calidad precio muy bien, el servicio muy amable y simpático. Disfrutamos del chollo con el parque del portaventura y nos facilitaron las entradas en recepción.
