I cannot say that this was one of the best restaurant I've ever been to, because it was more than this. We came to 12tapas end of December to have a great dinner, we had an AMAZING dinner but also a fantastic overall experience.
The food was amazingly good, but everything outside from the food was reaching such a level of excellence that this experience will stay in our memories for a long time.
Each dish has a real story and a very original presentation. The waiters were presenting each one of them so good that we were immerged in a purposeful experience from the moment we entered this restaurant until the moment we left.

Amazing food, very nice design and top service with very knowledgable waiters. Also very helpful in adjusting the food for different allergies/intolerances - very important! I'm celiac and the waiter explained for every dish, which contains gluten, which not, which can be adapted to gluten-free, brought me a gluten-free bread etc. They also have nice wines. I do recomend!

Great fine dining tapas. Beautiful food that is presented so nicely but super helpful waiting staff. It's a 15 minute taxi ride out of the centre but definitely with the trip for anyone who loves modern and innovative dining.

Delicious food, well worth a taxi ride out from Seville. Catered very well for allergies and offered a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Very reasonably priced given the quality of the food.

We were on a trip to Seville and had previously found this restaurant in the Micheline Guide, so we decided to check it out. Absolutely amazing food! It's a bit of a detour if you're visiting Seville since it's pretty far from the city centre, but it's very easy to get there by bus and absolutely worth the hassle. Definitely in my top 10 best culinary experiences and by far the best value for money I've ever had. Recommended!

This is truly one of the current great restaurants. Forget the decor & location, if you want to experience a genius in the kitchen, this is your chance. He will go on to bigger & more expensive locations.

Very, very tasty and creative dishes. Lovely high cuisine variations of classic local tapas available in tasting menu or separately. Very friendly staff.

I love it when you have a nice selection of small dishes to chose from, and you can try several different things, all beautifully prepared!

Town in Spain

Castilleja de la Cuesta is a town and municipality in the province of Seville, in the autonomous community of Andalusia, Spain. Hernán Cortés died in this town on December 2, 1547. He is not buried here, as his will directed that his remains be returned to Mexico. They are interred in the Templo de Jesús, which is part of the Hospital de Jesús Nazareno in Mexico City. This is the birthplace of actor and dancer Eduardo Cansino Sr., the father of Rita Hayworth. Footballer Miguel Ángel Llera, of Scunthorpe United, was also born here. Castilleja de la Cuesta has a local specialty, the "torta de aceite". This is a thin, crisp baked good made with olive oil and a hint of anise. They are eaten throughout Spain and exported to many countries. source
