I am editing my former 1star review (see below) to a 5 star! After leaving that review the manager immediately contacted me to understand my issue more and has acted very courteously and professionally so well done to them for caring and making an effort - that is Good Customer Service’ 👏
My original review -
We have visited this store twice looking for dining chairs which we have now ordered.
But certainly no thanks to the dismissive, slightly sarcastic, gum chewing lady we had to deal with.
‘Customer Service’ it was not and she seemed to feel she was doing us a favour even talking to us.
When asked where the chairs were made she had no idea and made no attempt to find out.
Having run our own retail business in the U.K. for 50 years until our retirement to Spain not an attitude we would have tolerated from our staff.

Exceptional Service, we visited their store on Saturday to look at washing machines, they have a good selection available and competitively priced. We ordered one and it was delivered 3 days later, which was very good considering it was a weekend and New Years Day in between. They installed the new machine and took away our old unit, all within the advertised price - brilliant.

Wir haben heute unsere tollen und hochwertigen Terrassenmöbel bekommen. Die Jungs haben einen fantastischen Job gemacht. Wir haben eine enge Wendeltreppe im Haus und die Möbel mussten auf die Dachterrasse. Geht nicht, gibt’s nicht! Absolut empfehlenswert. Auch die Beratung im Geschäft: einwandfrei.
