Restaurante Jero

We arrived in Granada after a long train trip and were very hungry, luckily we fun this lovely restaurant.
The food was amazing, the staff was kind and the atmosphere a dream!
I’d recommend it to everybody, it’s a most if you like Arabic food

We were looking for somewhere to take shelter from rain and we ended up there. The food we had was simply amazing. The freshest Tabouleh made on the spot, a huge portion of Shawerma. Delicious lentil’s soup.
The chef was nice and very welcoming. Oh by the way je served us fries and instead of boring ketchup he used sour pomegranate syrup. Brilliant!

Good food! Had the combo plate and a rice and meat dish. It was quite delicious with the right amount of variety and spice. Would recommend. The mint lemonade is also perfect on a hot day!

This place is amazing!!!!! Just stumbled upon it. The food is outstanding. It’s authentic. And the owners are running the whole place and cooking. Definitely coming here again and again and again.

I ordered the fatat de garbanzos and the beet salad.

Yum!! I was skeptical about the 5 stars but after having lunch here, I see why it was rated so highly. The food was amazing and the service was exceptional. Everything is amazing so order what you like. Also get the fresh lemonade (not too sweet) and the owner gave us a complementary dessert which is the best baklava I’ve ever had!

We tried the makloba and chicken with Freek.
They were both delicious but I liked the makloba more.

I had Kunafa for dessert with Arabian coffee.
The kunafa was fresh not like the ready made ones I buy in London.

Best food I've had during my time in Spain. Tried the Hummus, Falafel, Fattoush, Fattat and Kanafeh. And everything tasted 10/10. Authentic, healthy and, most importantly, tasty!

Most authentic and delicious middle East cuisine I had in a long time... The chef is incredible, and hard working to make all his hosts feel like at home. Definitely have a meal there if you come to visit Granada.

All 5 star reviews and for good reason

First, the owner is exceptional. Ask him for recommendations and you won’t be disappointed. And he even says that if you are, he won’t charge you. But that won’t happen

Large portions, absolutely delicious. The best hummus I’ve ever had. The fattoush salad was phenomenal.

Unbelievably good food. The service was excellent. The falafel was probably the best I’ve ever had, and the hummus was great too. Fully recommend it. There’s a reason why it has no bad ratings!

Very good food - We had grape leaves stuffed with rice (done very smooth!), salad with pomegranate juice, chicken on tasteful saffron rice, and freshly made kunafah. Highly recommended!

The owner of this place did his best to accommodate us with our stroller to dine in, however our baby started crying and decided to carry our food to our hotel. He was very attentive and quickly prepared our food to take out, even gave us a baklava for free for our way to our hotel. The shawarmas were the best shawarmas we’ve had in a long time. I would definitely come back here and taste other things in his menu.

My life can be split into 2 eras: before and after Jero. The definition of no frills and maximum quality, it’s a one man show with all the food made fresh from scratch to order.

Delicious and authentic middle eastern food. Don’t let the small eating space deter you from an amazing meal. And get the mint limeade…

I totally recommend the place, the guy who was serving us was friendly and treated us nice. The food was really tasty. You have to try kabsa con pollo!

Very good service, the owner was the nicest guy ever! The muhammara was crazy good, the hummus as well. The grilled chicken was so tender and the kibbeh together with the muhammara was a flavour explosion!

The owner even gave us some extra falafel on the house as well as some baklawa to take with us when we left the restaurant! Too be honest, the 5 star reviews sounded too good to be true before trying the food but i definitely agree with the rating!!

Now go to the restaurant and give the man a fat tip, you won't regret it!

The Arabic food is pretty good! Price is also good. I love the spicy soup. Well recommend it

I had such a delicious meal here! Lentil soup and felafel. The chef was very friendly and nice. This is a must try!
