Sorry photo of Queso (cheese ) is incomplete but it was so good we ate it. The duck was some of the best I have ever had. Do. O photos at all of that. The wine was excellent. We have been here before but I have always been the designated driver. The service was excellent. A great evening.

Wonderful restaraunt near the city center. We wanted something non-traditional and this hit the spot for oysters, a tiradito, and sushi. Our meal also came with a small bite before the food arrived.

All the food was exquisite, also very different from standard dishes. Very creative, tasteful. A real treat ! Service was extremely friendly and efficient

We were strolling the Plaza for awhile and it was the SIBARIUS that really caught our eye - inviting and elegant. So glad we decided to dine here - the food was so good and the evening perfect.

A special night at the Sibarius restaurant, a delicious feast for the palate served wonderfully by Miguel, very helpful and friendly, who explained each dish wonderfully to us. It is a place to repeat and request Miguel to serve our table.

We wanted to eat oysters on our trip to Andalusia but none of the reataurants we had been to had them. Sibarius not only had delecious oysters paired with champagne, but also many other great main dishes aswell! The interior is luxurious and the outside dining area is cozy even on hotter days. There are a lot of dishes to choose from. Nice sushi, fresh seafood, awesome burgers!

This was a dinner that I won't forget. Maybe one of the finest ham, almost melting in the mouth, followed by savory duck. The rice pudding to crown the event was amazing.

Very good restaurant: delicious food and friendly people. We had sushi for a starter, which was very good. Taste it, you won't get disappointed!!

Fabulous experience. The staff are welcoming, attentive and charming. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The prices are very good considering the quality of the food and service. I can highly recommend Sibarius.

Visited SIBARIUS for Tuesday lunch. The moment we opened the door we received 5 star service. We ordered wine, sushi and sashimi, mango goats cheese appetiser, the assorted hamburger sliders, vegetable soup and finger chicken. The kids who are normally fussy about their food raved how good it tasted. The mango goats cheese was divine and the sushi/sashimi was fresh. The sliders were also surprisingly permeating with taste. Total bill for 6 was $160 euro. Worth ever cent.

Great food in a great location. Service is excellent and the food to boot. The tuna selections are perfect lite dishes. I recommend.

Located in a lovely square with multiple food choices. Very nice ambiance and service. Excellent food, we had oysters paired with a very nice mountain wine from the area, similar style as champagne. We also had meat, grill fish and a noodle bowl with pork meat that everyone liked. We ended a lovely meal with desserts, the guinness cake was so very good, coffee with baileys was the final touch.

Finally some decent food in Spain, which ironically is Japanese, but nonetheless it was great. Manuel, our waitor, was very sweet and spoke English, which was helpful and accommodating considering we were cautious about not having any alcohol/wine/sake in our food (for my fellow Muslims).

The most recommended dish would be the brie and grape flamed salmon nigiri, it was delicious and I wish I ordered more!
