We used Andalucia Lawyers for the tourist registration of our house in Spain. The process was complicated as we needed a Licence of First Occupation which involved engaging surveyors and negotiations with the local tourist board and Town Hall. My gestor, Alba, is a very skilled, affable, amiable gestor, proactive, and I always got the perfect advice and active support. Alba helped me with all the procedures to immigrate to Spain. I'm a Dutchman of 68 years. She helped with all bureaucratic aspects that I encountered during my immigration procedure. She made it possible that I received a NIE card and citizenship from the Foreign Police Office in Granada during the lockdown on a short term, although other gestors were not able to make an appointment with that Police Office during the lockdown. Alba helped with the public health insurance procedure, she even organised an ITV for my car on short term and helped me importing my car and even registering the car in my village. Alba responds very quickly and she is always correct and friendly.
