Albergue Hostal Cantábrico

We stopped here for two nights while walking the Camino Primitivo and stayed in a private double room. The room itself was really spacious with a comfy bed and great sunrise views, but it was the service that really made our stay wonderful. The owners were absolutely lovely and so welcoming, especially Bernardo who made the best eggs for breakfast. The hotel also has a kitchen area and laundry facilities so is handy for those who want to prepare their own meals. Everything was very clean and well-looked after. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Very good shower and toilet and real bedsheets and even a duvet cover. Supermercado Dia is around the corner. Bernardo is super nice.

Amazing spot! We’re 8 nights into our Camino Primitivo and these private rooms were the best. Clean, cute and with a great staff.

Best quality price relation ever, the breakfast alone would qualify this place for 5 stars. Everything else is just perfect as well. Nice clean rooms, good beds and very friendly staff. And everything hikers and bikers need. I stayed here for 3 days.

LOVED LOVED LOVED this place!!! Absolutely fantastic! Super comfortable room with everything you need and more. Lovely view over the mountains. Breakfast was one of the BEST meals I’ve had on the Camino. And the owner is so sweet and helpful. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. What a treasure this place is!!

As far as hostels go this was one of the most comfortable and well equipped to serve the needs of the wary travelers on the way of Saint James! Free Wi-Fi, laundry facility, available kitchen and private showers and bathroom. Aces for quality to price ratio 👍

Private rooms with bathroom very clean and tidy. Everything worked. Amazing cooked breakfast - eggs to order. Really nice staff.

I'm walking the Camino Primitivo and this place is an oasis! I've never seen such a sparkly clean pénsion with such kind, attentive staff. I would have liked to stay another night just to get another peaceful night's sleep. The hostel portion is super nice too. Great washers and dryers!

Very welcoming owner who explained everything. The facilities are excellent and rooms clean and not crowded. Kitchen is well stocked and showers excellent.

That's an amazing albergue, super clean with towels, new beds, plenty of showers, washing machines, full equipped kitchen with milk, tea, coffee, etc... but most importantly Bernardo the owner was incredibly helpful! He helped us in every possible way and treat us like at home.

One of the best albergues on the Camino. Very Clean, place to dry your boots, Kirchen with free coffee and tea and even some snack vending machines with food that you can heat up in the kitchen right away. Very helpful staff and in the center of Fonsagrada.

Very friendly and helpful towards all the Pilgrims. Everything very clean. Lots of facilities for Pilgrims on the Camino Primitivo. Would definitely recommend Albergue Hostal Cantabrico to all my friends.

Excellent albergue with individual bathrooms and showers. Large kitchen, lockers, washing machines. Would stay there again. They only need to supply soap in the bathrooms!

Very nice place that includes sheets,towels an down blankets! For 10€ alittle tricky to find but just head for the church an you'll find it;)

Incredible value for money, friendly, spotless, generous bedrooms, large communal dining room / kitchen, washing/drying, etc. Shops, restaurants around the corner. Not to be missed!

New, clean, great kitchen, small dorm rooms with 6 beds (3 bunks). Highly recommended.
