Workshop opened at the allocated time of 0800 hours. Welcomed by a member of staff and asked to drive the car into the workshop bay. Necessary paperwork completed with a smile.
Contacted when car was ready for collection. When collected and paid for I was informed that the vehicle was due a service and that the disc brake pads were low and would need replacing. I will arrange the service etc for next week. Very pleased with the members on reception as always friendly and informative.

An excellent experience. The delightful girl on the service reception desk is wonderful. She is such a good ambassador for your company. Nothing is too much trouble and she is always so very welcoming.
