Excellent service and delivery of our new Kangoo - we have bought 4 new cars in 7 years from Ginestar and highly recommend them.

Bought a car early this year and while waiting for it, I really needed a car for a business trip. They facilitated a demo car for me while the car was ready. I was so impress with their service that a few months later I bought another car from them. A few months later I needed some help with some paperwork and they (Salvador) jump at the chance to help me.
You don't get this high leve of service very often, for sure my next car will be from them

Today I collected my new duster journey, not only beautiful to look at, great to drive, but all the modern tech that comes at a fraction of the cost to other cars. Even better I filled my LPG tank for €47.

We decided to purchase a new car after being dealt a dummy car from a second hand car dealer in Moraira.
We happened to step into Renault at Benissa on a Saturday just as they were closing. Salvador very kindly asked if we would mind coming back on Monday and we agreed. From the moment we stepped back into the showroom Salvador remembered us and treated us with utmost respect, gave us plenty of time to decide which car to buy and sorted out the most amazing deal. Once agreed he kept us fully informed of the cars progress and sent photographs when it arrived. Emails a plenty explaining everything and totally put our minds at ease . Today we picked up our new car and although some mix up with the collection day -Salvador came good again and within the hour our brand new car was waiting for us shining like a new pin .
We then had a mix up with the documents for the old car but Salvador just kept things calm and it was all resolved . On opening the boot we found a lovely portable electronic cool box for the car as a gift.
I cannot praise Salvador highly enough and certainly would not hesitate to go back again in the future and also highly recommend this salesman. He has impeccable manners and a lovely disposition. What a contrasting difference to our last experience buying a car in Spain.

Came in with a broken mechanism for side window/drivers side. As my window didn't go up anymore I could not secure the car or leave it unattended. They fixed de window immediately and ordered the broken part next day I already could pass by to have it fixed. As I was on Holliday, this was a great relief that everything was fixed so quickly and professionally.

It is always a pleasure to take the car to repair to Ginestar garage. The team that makes Juan and Inma is so good and now with the union of a great man as Daniel. This garage will always give excellent service to the customers, is a wonder to take the car to this workshop , always excellent treatment and a smiling face.

Excellent as usual. I was given a date of possibly three weeks for the required part to be obtained but the job was completed in two weeks so I am very happy.
