I’ve used Dbicis for several summer cycling trips when visiting family in the town. They’re always incredibly helpful: bikes are great quality, set up brilliantly, flexible and fair

All you need from a local bike shop.

I’ll be returning to them every time I ride in Castalla.

We rented mountain bikes for two days and everything was super convenient!

Turned up at the shop to the usual warm greetings, 4 years on from our pre COVID visit.
We hired 2 great road bikes for a bargain price
The bikes were tailored to the two big guys riding with saddles raised , all included.
We were given great advice as to routes. Which we promptly got wrong. My son and I raced Top Gear style down to San Vincent de Raspieg in no time.
We are hoping to get another hire to ride the Maigmo via Verde down to Agost but with the current heat and vaca fiesta season we may have to postpone until October.

Fabulous service and utterly excellent mechanic.
Son had blown inner tube.
I was having problems replacing it.
We took it in and he stopped other jobs so serve us immediately.
Having replaced the tube, the mechanic then trued up our wheels, replaced brake cables, ALL for less than the cost of an inner tube
I heartily recommend.

We have recently been looking for two folding electric cycles to purchase. After doing some research on the internet we found the models that we required. After contacting our local cycle shop in Castalla the owner informed us that although he did not stock this make and model he could order them for us. We were quoted a 48 hour delivery time and true to his word the bikes arrived two days later. I would like to thank the shop owner and his staff for their professional handling of this order. The bikes were fully assembled and charged before being collected and the owner spent a great deal of time to explain all of the features of the bike even taking into account our language difficulties. We will continue to use this shop as it was truly a pleasure to deal with somebody who is obviously dedicated to helping their customers in any way. Well done Dbicis cycles. 🚴🚴‍♀😎

Encontré la tienda por casualidad y alquilé una bicicleta por unos días. Mis vacaciones pasaron de normal a extraordinarias con esta experiencia MTB. Recibí sugerencias a donde ir de ruta y un servicio increíble de Dbicis, además de buen precio por una bici totalmente nueva! Definitivamente lo recomiendo.

Siempre que he tenido algún problema con la bicicleta, me lo ha solucionado al momento , lo recomiendo , es un profesional .

Su servicio de taller es excelente y rápido. Sin listas de esperas como en muchos otros. Los precios son ajustados y sobre todo, que cada bici la tratan con toda su atención (ya sea la de los peques, la de paseo, la de XC, la de carretera o la eléctrica) La confianza de que es una tienda de bicis donde no te venden la moto no tiene precio. Seguiré volviendo y la seguiré recomendando.

te da solucion a un problema con la bici hasta incluso un sabado a punto de cerrar para que puedas irte de ruta el domingo, todo con rapidez y alegria. Se agradecen profesionales asi que les gusta su trabajo.

Le encuentran una solución a tus problemas (mecánicos😉) . Pero sobre todo, buscan lo que necesites (bicicletas, calas, pedales, ropa, calzado, barritas, complementos, de todo) a un buen precio y con un inmejorable trato.
