Restaurante El Figón de Juan

Very friendly and attentive service, with humor. The tropical salat was a good choice to start with, good variation of fruits and not the often found big volume of just lettuce. The dorada could be considered a must it was so good. I had the entrecot, wich was good as well, but served on a hot plate with the idea to keep it warm, but it kept it cooking too, so halfway through the steak it was well done
We certainly would go there again.

I was really pleasantly surprised. I'd expected a typical Venta but the menu was more varied and inspired for around here. I'd expected average food and we got really tasty, well cooked food with generous portions. It was certainly well above average for such a place. Service was good too and the vibe really energetic. Not a high end restaurant of course, but a really good value place to have a good meal at a good price. It was full of locals, which is a good sign for any eating establishment. I liked that it was noisy too as it felt alive, but don't go if you want a quiet meal. I loved it here and will be back.

This is a typically Spanish restaurant with charm, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is lovely and they have a good selection of wines. You will need to speak Spanish here, well it is in Spain. I have visited El Figon more than a handful of times over the past year. Great food, people and dining experience.

For a roadside venta this place is unbeatable.

You leave there satisfied with the atmosphere, the efficient service the quality and portion size of the meals and last but not least it's a fair price and you don't feel cheated.
Value for money, without a doubt.
They are a hard act to follow.

Lovely road side cafe for lunch . Very busy with locals . Scored 5 star for quailty of food simple tasty taps for price. Loads of parking. Shaded outside tables and huge cool internal restaurant with great vibe at bar.

Very good lunch, plata del dia €11, lovely food, quick service, and right on the main road between Coin and Alhurin el Grande. Also told it's very good for breakfast too ...

Honestly onenof the best restaurants i have visited in andalucia until now.
High quality food, a nice card of alcoholic beverages and wines, and nice furniture.

Best to visit during the day or in the warmer periods, as the terras is really nice but inside is very agressive fluorescent lighting, which is not unusual in Spanish restaurants.

None the less worth the visit :)

Excellent menu del dia, with the highlights being the Russian Salad and grandmother’s tart. Went two days in a row.

Good varied menu, with English translation and good indications of dairy, fish, and meat ingredients. Air conditioning inside or terrace adjoining the car park.
