If you're unsure where to travel for a riding holiday, come here! This is the best place I have ever been with horses and hiking activities. The scenery is beautiful, and the Spanish people are warm and welcoming. The ranch owner Giles and Miranda really make you feel special and take real good care of both the guest and the horses. The accommodation and food were so good, such a beautiful place. If you love horses and animals in general, this is the place to be! 100 % recommend 🐎

Exactly as they promise! Superbly trained, forward, sensitive horses who will give you the most fabulous ride across such varying stunning terrain. Miranda was super helpful from beginning to end tailoring my stay to match flights. Giles and Miranda are fantastic hosts who know their horses inside out. A real bucket list tick😀.

Excellent experience that I will definitely want to revisit in the future. I rode PRE mare Gitana for the whole week (out of my own request) and she was very surefooted on every terrain imaginable. The horses are healty, both physically and mentally, and are given breaks from client work when needed. Miranda and Giles were very good trail guides and kept us both safe and entertained.
The room I had was as big as my old student apartment and everything else on the "farm" was also clean and well maintained.
Food was excellent and even with 4 hours of daily riding there was plenty of food to keep us going.
We got a car ride to Ronda and back arranged by Miranda and that also was a smooth experience.
I will most certainly return here if given an opportunity and wish Giles, Miranda and the horses many happy customers!

We have been guests of Giles and Miranda six times now and every time has been amazing. The horses are well-schooled, light and responsive, the scenery is beautiful, and Giles and Miranda are the most wonderful hosts and riding companions. Add to that the lovely food, comfortable apartments and the gorgeous turquoise swimming pool, and here you have the most perfect riding holiday!

I have ridden with Giles & Miranda for 14 + times now so that probably says it all! Originally I visited from the UK but over the last 7 years it has been from my new base in New Zealand.... you don't travel for over 28 hours unless the destination is pretty extraordinary, and that is exactly what this place is. Giles and Miranda are the best hosts I have ever encountered. The food is 5* , the accommodation superb, the location ideal even if you don't have your own transport (a short steep walk to the small town of Coin) and the rides are a perfect mix of fun whilst exploring the Andalusian countryside. As for the horses.... they are just WOW.. These will be some of he lightest , most responsive & surefooted horses you will ever ride. If you want to canter almost on the spot, they can oblige. If you want a safe yet exhilarating hand gallop, they will also happily oblige. They are beautifully schooled and mannered & extremely well looked after. The passion Giles and Miranda have for all things Spanish and especially the Spanish horse, is infectious. After a stay with them, you will also have made two more lifetime friends & I guarantee you will want to revisit! I have introduced about 9 UK friends and so far, over 10 Kiwi friends, to Horse Riding Spain & my next visit is already booked where I will be joined by another 4 New Zealand friends . If you are a decent rider & want to ride truly decent horses, in amazing company, this is the place to go.

We have just come home after our first visit here and it certainly won't be our last. We have just enjoyed the experience of a lifetime. Beautiful, well loved and cared for horses, who are forward going and a joy to ride. A great variety of rides with the most stunning scenery. First class accommodation and food with the most wonderful hosts and staff who can't do enough for you. Highly recommended. Thank you Miranda, Giles and Kati, we will be back. Alison and Julie x

I've just come back from my third visit. Beautifully trained and well-kept horses, riding in fantastic scenery, great food and wine, lovely accommodation, and Giles and Miranda are both wonderful. Can't wait to go back next year!

We have just had a wonderful fourth holiday at Horse Riding Spain and we keep going back because it’s just an amazing place. The horses give a high quality responsive ride and groups are small and well-led. The countryside and terrains you ride in are varied so every day feels different however many times you go. The accommodation is good, the setting wonderful and the food excellent and home cooked. Giles and Miranda are the perfect hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them. All in all the perfect holiday.

I have just returned from my 5th riding holiday at Horse Riding Spain with Giles and Miranda, and it was the best yet. I had the privilege of riding 3 of their fantastic horses, Gitana, Sirocco and Rociera. They were all extremely fit, sure footed, and forward going, with their own individual characters. There is a huge amount of differing terrain to cover, with wonderful pine forests, riding in the nearby rivers and wonderful hill/countryside rides. Each day the ride is different with plenty of canters and gallops – there really is nothing like riding in the Andalusia countryside. This really is a horse riders dream.
Giles and Miranda are wonderful host and their hospitality is superb. They bend over backwards to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Their beautiful ranch is nestled in the village of Coin – a little piece of paradise, with birds constantly singing to you in the background.
The Spanish home cooked food is delightful, with plenty to fuel you for the next ride.
I cannot recommend Giles and Miranda Spainish Ranch highly enough. I’m going back in August this year and will definitely be booking again after that.
Happy Trails.

If you are looking for an Andalusian riding holiday with fabulous horses, fantastic and varied rides, superb accommodation and food and last, but definitely not least, warm, friendly and welcoming hosts, look no further!
The horses are all beautiful, well trained, sure footed and will take you for miles across the stunning Andalusian countryside - along rivers, through forests, into the hills. As well trained as these horses are - riding school plods they are not!
Hosts Giles' and Miranda's love for all their horses shines though and is very infectious - you will fall in love with their horses too!
The accommodation is lovely, comfortable and very Spanish and the food, from breakfast to tapas to dinner, is always delicious.
One of things I really like is that there are never more than 6 riders at one time and you can go as a single rider and not feel overwhelmed or left out. Your hosts make everyone feel welcome and part of the HorseridingSpain family.
I could go on but I think what speaks most about HorseridingSpain is that people go back time and again, year after year. I am already looking forward to my 8th visit - a week in September is booked and I know it will feel like home from home. Andalusia and HorseridingSpain are good for my soul!

Everyone gets 5* treatment here in Coin! Giles & Miranda work tirelessly to ensure your stay is the best possible. Their horses are all very well cared for & the riding is super-relaxed & enjoyable. I also picked up some useful tips on classical riding which I hope will benefit my own horse's way of going.
Over the years I've had several riding holidays both in UK & abroad & this is the best by a country mile. But don't just take my word for it: over 25% of guests are returners.
My husband doesn't ride but he enjoyed his week in Coin with Giles & Miranda just as much as I did.

Right at the heart of Coin, Andalucia rests a horse riding holiday destination, a fine-art experience, that unless you live it personally you would think it’s a fiction. One doesn’t simply keep going back to Horse Riding Spain were it not for the fact that it is a horse enthusiast heaven. Horses can definitely convey a message, loud and clear. Giles and Miranda…according to your horses you are truly one of a kind.

Sobresaliente.
