I cannot praise the insurance centre and their team enough for their exceptional service and commitment to fighting for their clients. With all my insurances in their hands, they have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure I'm protected and get the support I deserve. Their relentless advocacy against insurance companies is truly commendable. They are by far the best insurance agency in the area. Highly recommended!

I am pleased that I met people of this company. They picked up insurances that suit me perfectly. They also never refuse to help when it is very difficult to understand something because of the difference in the systems of different countries. They helped me a lot when I was hit by a car, and I just didn't know where to start.

These guys are the real deal. I would say they can get ANYTHING done where you need to interact with the Spanish public system. I had an incredibly complex situation involving, importation, impounded motorbike, ITV, taxation, sale, accident etc etc. They handled it all with a professional attitude. Be warned that these people are crooks and you would be advised to deal directly with the insurance companies if you do not want to get scammed
I renewed my car insurance with them , paid my invoice and was then assured that the previous policy document was still valid
After 9 months I was stopped by the police in a routine check and was horrified to learn that my car was not insured and was promptly fined €750
My first thought was that supposed I had run somebody over during the 9 months then I would now be posting this review from a prison cell
I immediately went to the insurance center who assured me this this was obviously a clerical issue and of course I was insured and they agreed to pay the fine on my behalf
Then to my surprise about a month later I received a second fine of €1,500 , obviously doubled up from the first fine
So , since it was a waste of time going back to the insurance center I contacted a lawyer , who agreed this was a criminal offence but in order to take on the case I had to first pay the fine myself
Cut a long long story short , eventually I got the €1,500 back from the insurance center less the fees I had to pay the lawyer
In reading past reviews for the insurance center I see that I am not the only one who has been scammed in this way , so regard this as a waring to all people intending to insure their car , or anything else , through the insurance center

I took both van and car insurance in july 2022. both policies were confirmed by the company and have the emails and policy to prove. In november i was stopped by a routine guardia civil and they told me i had no insurance! of course we provided them with copies of the policy and the emails but we found out both policies were cancelled by the insurance center and they did NOT inform me!! No email or phone call !!?
so with a 1500€ fine to pay they have left me in a bad situation, points on my licence and i was carrying customers in my minibus for several months with NO coverage!! What would have happened if i had an accident with a van full of customers!?
will be seeking legal advise from my lawyer as they have failed !
