We cannot express enough our appreciation of the support provided by Jenny and the team during our time of need. The professionalism with which they conducted their business and the communications between them and ourselves really put our mind at ease during a very difficult and emotional time. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us, and for returning my Dad home safely to Scotland to be laid to rest.

Negotiating the Spanish system as a British citizen was very very difficult to say the least but the staff at costa, in particular Jenny went above and beyond to help my dad and I with the passing of my mum and the arrangements that needed to be made for us to have the time to adjust to our loss. She went through each stage with us both, taking care of all the formalities. I recommend them and can’t praise them enough.

Been living in Spain for 7 years now & one thing in the back of my mind to sort out was a funeral plan as things are very different over here compared with UK. So stopped by Costa Funerals to get some information and were greeted by Salvador & Jenny who couldn't have been more helpful & reassuring. End result a plan for myself and my wife all organised whilst we are in a reasonable state of health and a great weight lifted off our shoulders. Would highly recommend.

Me and my sisters lost our father to cancer while he was living in Spain. In addition to the grief over his illness and death, we also had to relate to the fact that he lived in another country with different norms and rules than those we have in Denmark.

I have been trying to organise my parents affairs in Spain for sometime now and this subject is a rather sensitive one that requires careful consideration and investigation. Not understanding how these things work and even less how they work in Spain. I found myself being bamboozled and pressurised by various insurance companies with extortionate quotes for their service which left me quite confused.
Out of desperation I had a looked on the web and was fortunate to find Costa Funeral Services. Their site was in English, although I speak fluent Spanish I felt more comfortable dealing with an English speaking company. After speaking to Jenny I felt completely comfortable with everything, she was most informative, caring and being a fellow patriot along with her experience, she had a total understanding of what English people expect regarding this subject.
The whole process was straight forward and simple to implement via email, WhatsApp and telephone conversations and all queries were clarified immediately.
I have now sorted this out for my parents with Costa Funeral Services which gives them, as well as myself, huge comfort.
The cost for the plans were exceptionally reasonable compared to what I had already been quoted, and offer manageable payment terms.
I am delighted that Costa Funeral Services have this all in hand and when the time comes I know their assistance will be just as caring and helpful.

Felt at ease straight away, Jenny is empathetic and patient. She speaks in plain English to explain the process and answered all the questions that I had with kindness and caring while providing straight easy to understandable responses no matter how many times I asked. The administration is responsive and again considerate and informative as necessary. It was in no way a traumatic experience and probably the most important is that all the people I have come in contact with made me feel comfortable and special.

Jenny was a pleasure to deal with all communication done via email or phone no home visits to discuss options with associated high pressure selling techniques as with other companies who refuse to give you a quote without a home visit so beware.Costa Funeral Services are highly recommended.Regards Brian

I found Jenny and Salvador very helpful i had a few problems but they sorted it out patiently and we got there in the end its always a difficult time so it helps speaking with people who understand so hopefully when the time comes all will be well sorted out

Plan funerario para mi madre? Uff, algo que no se me había pasado ni por la cabeza ya que es simplemente desagradable incluso pensar en ello…pero por desgracia absolutamente necesario pues mejor pensar en ello ahora con la cabeza fría que luego en un momento que será sin duda alguna muy difícil.

Dicho y hecho, me puse en contacto con Costa Funeral y fui atendida por Salvador. Salvador, atento, amable y muy eficiente en todo momento ha convertido un proceso difícil en algo simple, humano y directo. Funeral plan for my mother? Ugg, it’s something that had not even crossed my mind since it’s simply too unpleasant to even think about it... but unfortunately absolutely necessary because it’s better to think about it now with a cool head than later at a time that will undoubtedly be very difficult for us all.

Said and done, I contacted Costa Funeral and was greeted by Salvador. Salvador, attentive, friendly and very efficient at all times, has turned a difficult process into something simple, human and direct. Salvador leaves no stone unturned...always patient and with great knowledge, he has answered all my questions and doubts immediately and has given me the assurance that, in due course, my mother will have the best farewell possible and we’ll have the peace of mind that everything will be in the best hands.
