Clínica Fisiodynamics | Fisioterapia, Osteopatía y Pilates

I am using Fisiodanamics since nearly 7 year and have always been completely satisfied with their performance. I've started with physio treatments because of my bad back and neck. Then with pilates class / private lesson and lymphatic drainage too. Maria José and her team are doing a great job and I can really highly recommend her.

I have had a back/joint problem since an accident 20 odd years ago. It was bad enough to sometimes leave me unable to walk because of the pain. Being active is important to me so I wanted the best treatment. I spent quite a lot of money with supposedly "top clinics" in London and other places with little success. When I was in Spain in 2011 and the pain was very bad a local told me to try Fisiodynamics. Well Coin is not a big medical centre like London so I was not sure how the treatment would be.

All I can say is that was one of the luckiest days of my life. The treatment with Maria Jose was a revelation. For the first time someone really analysed my problem. For the first time someone had time and listenened; as well as explaining what they thought was the best treatment and why. There is follow up to see how the treatment went. Realism as well. There were no promises of magic cures, and the patient is expected to do the exercises they are given.

Maria Jose is very talented and has an almost sixth sense on what treatment is best; although she is too modest to admit it.

Even when the problem mainly went away [thanks to her] I continued regular visits because they helped, and prevention is better than a cure. Plus I had other joint problems. Now I am in Spain less, but I still go to Spain for treatment rather than anywhere else.

The premises are modern and efficient and everyone friendly.

This rather long review is not some eulogy. I write it because health is important and there are a lot of medical practicioners out there who are not much good.

To end, an aside. After I had started my treatment I met a doctor who specialised in sports injuries and was highly regarded in his field. I discovered he sent all his patients to Fisiodynamics and had the same view as me. The best treatment available anywhere.

After decades of experience with physiotherapists, I have found the best address with Fisiodynamics. I no longer have the back pain I had for years.

María worked on my physio-rehabilitation following knee reconstruction surgery. She was extremely knowledgeable and guided me safely to achieve an excellent level of movement.
I would not have progressed as well without her support.

María also speaks perfect English,
so I would highly recommend her clinic to anyone with lower level Spanish.

I love this place. I do pilates with Maria Jose twice a week. She is very qualified and understands the body very well. She is careful to ensure that we do the movements safely and if we cannot she gives us alternatives. I have Arthritus in my hip and shoulders and a combo of alternative medicines, pilates and massages from Maria Jose really do help.
Umaed is a recent addition to the team and one of his skills is to help break habits and to help control anxiety. I had a session with him last week and I felt so relaxed at the end of it. He gave me sound advice and showed me how to breath correctly to relieve the anxiety. I literally floated around Mercadona afterwards. Clinica Fisiodynamics is like a one stop shop offering many solutions to improve health. A fabulous place.

A veces es difícil encontrar un profesional con conocimientos técnicos y prácticos amplios. Sin embargo con María José lo encontré. Fui hace algún tiempo por contractura dorsal y muy bien. La última vez ha sido más complicado al tratarse de una contractura paravertebral y una neuritis intercostal, de la que encontrar alivio es muy complicado. Además de la terapia manual en cada sesión, te pauta ejercicios y estiramientos para prevenir y tratar el dolor, con lo cual no solo te trata durante la sesión, si no que además te ayuda a mejorar en el día a día para prevenir o paliarlo. Repetiré sin duda.
