Fui a por la jarra de una cafetera Braun con más de 10 años. Me facilitó una de tipo "universal", y me garantizó que me la cambiaba si no me servía, o me devolvía el dinero. Y así fue. Volví con ella para ver si me valía una algo más grande, me la cambió, no fue bien y volvi a por la primera. Me ofreció pedir el modelo original de la cafetera, igualmente. Muy atento y servicial.
