Ona Marbella Inn

Amazing, we arrived early as our flight was early we were looked after as one of my friends staying with me was sick, swapped our apartment to a different one that was ready for the same price. The man on reception earlier in the day was such a gent very welcoming as well as any other staff we met. Ideal location near the beach and lots of restaurants just a short walk. Not much of a view but a nice balcony. Supermarket around the corner also. The are also felt v safe and quite.

Relatively inexpensive hotel, not far from the 'old town' area of Marbella. Our room was on the top (8th) floor - no sea view, but a balcony overlooked an apartment block opposite. As evening closed in it looked every bit the same as the old Jimmy Stewart film 'Rear Window'.
In the room, I particularly liked the pillows provided (and I usually hate them in hotels). There wasn't a kettle to make a cup of tea in our room, but we were able to borrow one (for a small returnable deposit) - worthwhile I'd say. Also the bathroom door was a bit strange, being glass and didn't really close, so not very private - but we got used to it.
We were told the outdoor swimming pool would be closed for the season still, but it seemed to be open and some people did dare to take a cold dip. I don't think it is heated. We didn't swim - but we sat at a small table area to read and take in the sun. This location provided fantastic views to the Sierra Blanca mountains in the north - and the city landscape and, of course, the Mediterranean sea to the south - overlooking Gibraltar and the coast of Africa in the distance.
Breakfast was included in our rate.
A self-service buffet of both hot and cold items - nicely prepared and presented.
Overall I think it is a very good value and pleasurable place to stay.

Due to an early flight and an unexpected but welcome private transfer from jet2, we arrived at midday and although check in wasn't until 3pm we were able to store our luggage securely and go and explore the local area. Phillipe on reception was so friendly and knowledgeable, he recommended places to go and even told us some history of the area, we couldn't have asked for a better welcome! He's an absolute credit to the hotel!
The hotel is located very central to most things. A 5-10 minute will have you pretty much anywhere you want to be. Orange square and the old town, the beach, the marina, etc.
The supermarket on the next street over has everything you could need and is reasonably priced.
We had room 304, looking out over the front of the hotel and every evening the swifts came out and flew around for about an hour, which was lovely to watch while having a drink or 2 on the balcony. We also had a couple of hours of sun every morning on the balcony which was lovely.
The room was nice and clean, pretty much what we expected. Our only issues were a lack of cooking utensils, it's not easy doing bacon and eggs for breakfast with no spatula/tongs etc! The tea cups were too small for our liking, however we bought a couple of souvenir mugs and used those, problem solved! The less said the better about the bathroom door, needless to say the bluetooth speaker came in very handy!
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you Phillipe and everyone at the Ona Marbella Inn for a lovely holiday.

Great location, nice room with a large balcony, good breakfast served in the cute hotel bar with a garden, swimming pool at the rooftop with a great view, friendly staff.

Amazing hotel in great spot. Around 20min walk from bus station, 10mins to the beach, shopping centre in front of it. Loved the rooftop with swimming pool (not in use at the moment), plenty of sun beds. Rooms were great quality, more modern than we usually have on budget holidays. Bathroom had massive walk in shower, only awkward with bathroom door being tinted glass and having a gap in them, so need to have a tv on for soundproofing🤣 but interesting too as door could open both ways. You can change language on few tv channels and have shows in original English language. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic buffet type, but was happy to have hot option available (eggs, bacon, sausage on alternate days).

Ideally located on the edge of the old town and minutes from the main street through Marbella.
Rooms very spacious and well furnished. Sofa bed as well as double/twin. Small kitchen area was very handy for breakfast.

We booked a double room, which is exactly as it states on the website, it is a room with a small balcony and has a mini fridge. There are no kettle or other cooking facilities. The studio and one bedroom apartments do offer these facilities. Room was clean and cleaners came every day on our 5 days. We were 2 hours early and were offered early check in for 20 euro a service we were happy to pay for. The room we had was on the 2nd floor overlooking the front of the hotel. You don't get much sun on these balconys, so if you want sun ask for a higher floor. The swimming pool is exactly like the pictures. Space for 16 beds, lovely area with Seaview to one side and mountain views to the other. There is also a small area just below the pool with seat and tables with a sea view. We were there is October, there is no bar area by the pool and the cafe area opened for breakfast. There is a supermarket and carrefour supermarket opposite the hotel. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the bus stops and 10 minutes to the beach area and the old town. Reception staff where friendly and very helpful.

Our staying in Marbella Inn was amazing.Rosi and Ruben, were very friendly and helpful, the rest of the staff was very nice as well. This hotel looks better than the most of 4 stars hotel in Spain.The room was very big and clean with a huge balcony. Distance to the beach was 10 minutes walking distance, plenty of good restaurants around, supermarket just around the corner. I would higly recommend choosing this hotel.Thanks a million to everybody and hopefully we will see you again next year.

I’m very grateful to management of the hotel for the kind attitude. This people are very friendly and ready to help. All my stay was comfortable in all parameters. Apartments is perfect - clean, a lot of space, cozy bedroom with huge bad, living room good as for work, as for relaxing.

One of the best hotel for the middle-class in Marbella. The quality/price was excellent.

The interior is really modern with comfortable rooms, climatized and with balcon.
The breakfast is little but tasty. The service was excellent, even for the room service.
Nice people at the reception, always greeting and smiling when we pass across.

It's a well deserved 5 stars !

The hotel was great, better than most suites back in the UK that cost £200+ a night. We were given a free upgrade to an apartment and it was immaculate. Modern decoration, clean, beds were really comfortable. 2 HD TVs with all UK freeview channels. Balcony big enough for a whole family. Right in the centre of Marbella. Super cheap shop is a 10second walk from the hotel door and the beach and restaurants another 5minutes away.

We were delighted with the kindness of the Staff. In particular in Reception, the Responsible Mr Ruben made our last minute booking a nice, comfortable and easy experience. Really nice studio in the heart of Marbella with the help of a fab team, I highly recommend it. Big deal!

Stayed at Marbella Inn over the bank holiday weekend & I had a lovely stay.
Very clean, buffet breakfast was adequate, reception staff so very helpful .
I will most definitely be coming back but I think this time I'd book a studio if I was staying for over a week n that's only cos I like my hotel room a bit more roomy.
The room we stayed in was basic but suited us as only stayed for 3 nights oh & the shower is to die for.
Next time I'll be treating my mum.
The place Marbella for some reason made me feel very relaxed & I wish I could go back right now

The staff are nice the rooms are nice there is a terrace sofa beds kitchen everything u need I recommend that u come here it 230 for 5 nights which is good price the cleaners are nice I would really love to come again here everything is perfect everything clean and nice and quiet to sleep have nice view and everything great

Amazing standard, very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Shops accessible around the hotel, 5 minute stroll to the beach. Great pool with a beautiful view of the mountains.
