Definitely got a 5 stars from me. We visited this parque yesterday not much people though. Most are bikers. And only us who went for hiking, a total of 9km from the parking space up until to the restaurant. Beautiful views and especially looking at those green trees give us an amazing and calm feeling. For those who wish not to walk you can go there via car. There is parking space for cars at tourist centre and near the restaurant. But you have to be careful cause road is a bit tight and full of curves.

Fabulous site for walking, cycling and other activities. Lots of well-marked trails to enjoy. Excellent for flora and fauna- spotting. There's a visitor's centre to explain the places and things you can see. Quite a few bars and restaurants are located within the park too.

Spectacular scenery everywhere you look. There is a very nice visitor centre with a picnic area outside. There is no shop or café so definitely bring some food and water with you. Highly recommend.

As long as you don't mind very twisty roads and steep drops to the side of the road this is for you the views are outstanding and well with a visit you can't drive to the top due to a military installation but the walk from the car park is about 20 mins . The bird life at the top is pretty good as well 7 Griffin vulture when we were there and the ice caves as well then drove back down different way please note we done this trip in Feb and it was very quite I think it could be rather busy in the summer. Happy driving.

Wonderful mountain area within an hour of the coast. Great drive and walks to be had. Try and find the 'Perdiz' restaurant. Great food and it's a casa rural too. Fantastic.

Beautiful Spring walks in April but beware of the results of recent bad weather.
