Supermercado AMARI Denda

Great little spot. We stopped in after a long day on the Camino, the owner greeted us and offered us a delicious sounding meal, which turned out even better than it sounded! Small but specific collection for peregrinos. The owner was extremely welcoming and we all sat and laughed. There’s some jewelry offered for donations, some of it is from the owner’s wife. Very cute, highly recommend.

I really loved the atmosphere here! The owners are super sweet and gave me opportunity to take a shower at their place. I understood that the dinner was split in two by meaning it was 12e for two but it was 12e for one but really it was a minor issue I caused myself😂. Nevertheless, if you're in Larrasoana, this is the place you dont want to miss if you'd like to hang out with people, so dear owners of Amari denda thanks for making a tiring pilgrimage a bit lighter for me, your kindness will forever be appreciated❤

Genius and nice owner/staff who taught me Basque language “thank you = ESKERRiKASKO”.
a place to enjoy a can beer and you can get some food here (can food, onion, tomato, cheese, lettuce, chorizo...etc)

Meatball can food: here is 2.8 euro, I found it 1.4euro in Pamplona.

After 27kms of walking, and the other restaurant in town closed, we were so thankful to hear the tinkling laughter of people joined over some food and drink. It's basic but delicious provisions. Good service too. Other reviews say that the wine is cheap, and it is, but it was tasty for our basic Canadian pallettes.

I stopped on my Camino in this little store. The owner is amazing, gave me so much information about where to go on my upcoming stops. This is one of those amazing places along the trail and don’t miss it.

I want to thank the owners of the Amari. Not only did they create a warm hospitable place for pilgrims, but they helped me when i needed a extra day of rest, access to ibuprofen and a sim card.
I want them to know that this french Canadian did make it all the way to Santiago, in no small part thanks to their advice and encouragement. Merci beaucoup. Muchas gracias!

This is one of those unexpected gems that the universe bestows to the lucky ones. It is so much more that just a little supermarket in a village in Spain. Olivier the owner is a super friendly character and has walked the Camino from St Jean 11 times (he is originally from Belgium but ask him how he met his Russian wife). It is also a restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner, maybe lunch as well. The nice thing is they will serve dinner early whereas the other places in town stick to 7:30. We had an amazing mixed salad and roast chicken (pollo asado) accompanied by a whole bottle of red wine from La Rioja.
Pick his brain about where to eat in Pamplona or anything else on the Camino.

Well stocked with affordable items. The proprietor is a hoot and made me feel like a local. He is a wealth of information for many things Camino and most things Spanish. It was an absolute pleasure shopping in his establishment. He also serves hot meals in case you miss the pilgrims lunch as well as a variety of alcoholic drinks.

Absolute champion owner! I arrived before the Aubergue opened and he let me sit in the courtyard and made me a free sandwich (he wasn't even open for business!! ) told me the history of the place and shared his experiences from 11 caminos

This place is a godsend if can't find a place to stay in Zubiri and have to extend your day 6km down the road. Not much else in this town, but this place will fill you up with a solid pilgrim menu and a ton of beer.

Great hospitality, clean, warm and nice! Housekeeper helps you with whatever you need.
You can prepare your meal by yourself if you wish-great kitchen for self making food. Market is accross the street! GREAT EXPERIENCE! JUST LOVE IT!!!

Tiny little 'supermarket' but with all you need. Fresh bread and beautiful red wine for as little as €4. The owner was so friendly.

This is a fantastic place,you can buy a bottle of wine off the shelf for a 5er and sit out the front and drink it. The guy who owns it us a brilliant fella!
