Pharmacist speaks English, was very helpful providing antihistamine for bites, citronella spray for repelling, and Vaseline for Camino blisters.

Closed in the afternoon for long siesta.

I had a pain in my right leg after walking for 3 km on the steep rocky descent from Alto de Erro to Zubiri. I had an inflamed nerve running from below my right knee o the thigh. The pharmacist was very nice. She gave me a medication & clear instructions on how to use it and what to do in case the pain was still there the next day. I have to say I can speak good Spanish.

Went inside and asked me to leave because I didn't have the mask. Is ok asking for the mask, but she was wearing already gloves when I went in, which means that only God knows for how long she used the same gloves.She has been spreading bacterias and virus to all of the customers with those gloves. Maybe only washing the hands could be better? I decided to not go back inside and lead to the next one.

Don't go to this pharmacy unless you absolutely have to or it's an emergency. Lady pharmacist is really rude....a real work of art. Be thankful you get out of the pharmacy with your head still on your shoulders. I would rather walk back to a pharmacy in Saint Jean Pied de Port rather than be treated like that.

The worst experience ever. In fact, the town of Zubiri is a passage for pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago (the French way). Thus, a pharmacy is an important element. We had a very bad experience with the pharmacist in this pharmacy. She was inhuman, talking with bad temper and shouting on us. We bought an knee orthosis and we didn’t use it. We came back the second day to return it. She refuse to return it and to refund us.

Cheminant sur El Camino, nous sommes aller à cette pharmacie. On a à peine eu le temps de pousser la porte que la patronne en furie nous a jeter dehors parce qu’on avait pas de masque. Il aurait été plus intelligent de nous obliger à acheter un masque plutôt que de nous traiter comme des parias. Comportement vraiment nul.

Veig que no sóc la única a la que la senyora farmacèutica ha parlat malament només entrar i no portar la mascareta posada. A mes no li donava la gana d'engegar la máquina per cobrar-me amb targeta. Així que he marxat sense el que necessitava! Molt poc vocacional aquesta professional de la salut...

Desagradable . Por no llevar mascarilla , con gesto y ademán como si estuviera infectado del virus más letal, me despide para la calle diciéndome que me atiende por la ventana .

Acabo de llamar para ver si estaba abierta y nada más descolgar, me dice que si lo que quiero saber es si está abierta,es jueves santo y está cerrada y me cuelga de malas formas! Desagradable y mal educada!

La señora que atiende es extremadamente desagradable, además no tenían lo que iba buscando.
Mejor que sigas tu camino hacia otra farmacia ya que aquí no vale la pena pararse
