Hotel Luze El Toro

We stayed here as a stopover on Christmas Eve and had a wonderful experience. Elena from reception was FANTASTIC! She truly made our experience here - she went above and beyond for us. Great hotel if you are travelling with a dog as you can take them to a special dining room with you and beds, bowls, treats are provided. Also nice walking paths just across the highway. Food was great - as was the wine. All very fairly priced. Bed very large and comfortable- thank you for a great start to our trip.

Stayed for two nights on our way down through Spain. Helpful staff at reception and at the plentiful breakfast buffet. Had our dog with us, grassy area set aside for dogs. Across the road is a small village to walk around that also has a dog park area. Plenty of parking. Small gym and wellness area. Easy flat cycle - 4 miles into Pamplona.

A nice comfortable hotel on outskirts of Pamplona. We have used it a fee times and find the staff friendly the rooms are comfortable and reasonably priced. It has a bar and an excellent restaurant serving well prepared food and local dishes. The menu is small but accommodates most palates and the dishes are very well cooked.

This is our 7th time in coming to this hotel we would not stay anywhere else it’s perfect from when you walk in to leaving we have 2 dogs and they love it here you have dog beds and bowls for them there is a separate dog area at the back of the hotel for them. The rooms are lovely clean big beds are so comfortable. The staff are amazing and friendly can’t do enough for you the food is lovely and breakfast is the best I’ve had in hotels. Look forward to coming back.

We love this hotel for its welcome, especially as we have a dog.

The staff is so attentive and professional. The lady who welcomed us at the front desk deserves extra praise. The hotel is very welcoming to pets (they give you a pet kit and a pet food menu!) It was a great customer experience to stay here. Rooms are clean and big. The food and wine is superb. Highly recommended.

Simply OUTSTANDING in every respect -from the moment we arrived and were greeted like family by Neria. I’ve worked in tourism for many years and would rate this wonderful hotel amongst the very best. Not only is it beautiful, the staff go out of their way to make your stay truly special. MASSIVE thanks to all of them; Sara, Santi, Rosalia, Raquel, Sofia, Sergio to name but a few. The food was absolutely delicious and the waiting staff delightful. And I was so very happy to meet the canine guests! We were here with an Australian film crew but I shall definitely be back myself for a stay with both my partner and my dog!

A great getaway for a couple of days to enjoy the beauty of Navarra, Pamplona and to pamper yourself in the spa. The spa goes by reservation per hour.
The food and the breakfast are simple but fine. Don't expect any local food here, for that you have to go to a restaurant elsewhere.
The rooms and beds are good, clean and comfortable.
The service all over the hotel is good.

Incredible hotel near to Pamplona, we had a really good family experience staying in 4 rooms of the hotel. The rooms where full equipped; good bed linen, well decorated, big showers and comfortable beds. Breakfast is really good with a lot of options; sweet and salty food, fruits and you can ask for hot food. One of the most impressive points was the amiability of the service, we felt like at home. Definitely recommendable hotel!

Wow. travelling with a small dog? Use this hotel. from the moment we arrived to the minute we left we were impressed. Shame we only stayed on night. All the staff were fabulously helpful. The room was stunning. Food, water bowl and bed for our fur baby, little treats for her too. Even your pet has a room service menu. Thank you El Toro team.

The location was beautiful, more calm an private. The mountain view was breathtaking. The architecture was original. Very clean and decorated well. My room felt peaceful and the way the windows were able to open let the air from the mountains breathe in. Spacious room, lovely garden tub. The breakfast was presented well with a a nice dining area. Staff was very kind! A property for a single getaway or a family. Definitely recommend!

An excellent hotel – one of the very best we have stayed in and certainly the best value for money.

The building is beautifully situated and atmospheric and the facilities faultless. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced.

Even beyond all this, this hotel’s greatest asset is its staff, both front of house and behind the scenes. They are always good natured, helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. Attention to detail was immaculate, even to a little unsolicited leaving pack of fruit and water.

Despite all this it was one of the most moderately priced of our trip – 138 euros for a double room, two excellent breakfasts and two evening meals with wine and drinks. We didn’t use the spa facilities but we could have done so at no extra cost. They even offered to supply us with bathrobes.

We stayed for two nights and had a great stay. The room was very spacious and the bed perfectly comfortable. There was a great breakfast buffet and the cleanliness of the hotel very good. All the staff was also very friendly and we would definitely consider staying here again if in this region.

What a stunning stunning place❤ only staying 1 night a stop off on route to the UK everything is spotless and smells divine 😊even opened up another room for us to sit and eat with our dog 🐶 I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to everyone, looking forward to our breakfast tommorrow before we reluctantly leave, cannot comment on the spa as only overnight maybe next time thank you all ❤ plus all the doggie treats he loved it so very kind of you 🐶

Excellent location for stopover when travelling from north of Europe to the south of Spain.

One of the best Hotels in Spain.

We recently toured France for a few days and stayed in a chateaux near Montignac, the room was terrible and we tried several restaurants and were not impressed on the quality of the food so we headed on back to Spain. Wanting some luxury we telephoned the El Toro and booked a room whilst travelling, we received a first class reception, a gorgeous room and best of all we ate in the restaurant. It was one of the best meals I have ever had in my life. This was our second visit and we hope to make many more as its an ideal stopping off point on our way back to the UK, a trip we make several times a year. It's in an ideal location, relaxed and friendly atmosphere, pet friendly and great value for money. The rooms and the restaurant makes it one of the best hotels in Spain.
