The reviews I read before coming were mostly negative. As a person with high expectations, I was very skeptical after reading them, but I read them after booking and paying for 7 days at the hotel. I wasn't sure when I would get a refund if I canceled, so I decided to take the risk.

I don't know when the people who wrote the negative comments stayed at the hotel, but I'm currently here in April, which is not peak season, yet the hotel is quite full. Everything is more than excellent. The room is nice, beds are comfortable, and it's clean. The shower cabin is separate from the toilet, but it's true that it's not fully enclosed, which could be uncomfortable if you're not with your partner. We have a wonderful sea view. The staff is great, everyone is friendly, they even helped me with some documentation I needed for my work in Serbia.

Breakfast is excellent, with a variety of options - salads, ham, bacon, prosciutto, sausages, vegetables, spreads, cheeses, eggs prepared in several ways, pancakes (Bilal makes the best pancakes in town), pastries, fruits, coffee, juices, wines, and teas. The pool is open even at this time, although it's cold. The hotel also has a mini-gym, billiards, and table tennis. Everything is really top-notch. I have no complaints.

The customer and room service is excellent! The people working here are heart-warming and friendly, especially the chef Bilal, and another one who always brings optimism with his bright smile as well as the delicious food he cooks! We stayed there seven days it was fantastic.Dinning area all the staff who working amazing. we had great time.

Great location the strip is full of shops to choose n places to eat, lovely beach area , small stone but easier than sand to clean lol staff are attentive and the area is amazing for a short getaway. Took my son for his 18th he enjoyed every moment 💯👌

As my first ever holiday abroad this hotel was amazing,the staff was polite and accommodating especially for my disabled wife,restaurant staff are lovely and funny(even though of the language barrier),
This holiday was better then some uk holidays
The room was spacious enough for my wife's wheelchair

The best staff are two of the female waitresses who did everything they could to help my wife too our table and even move tables for us

After reading reviews about this hotel I was a little apprehensive. However once I got there my doubts went straight away. The two young ladies who welcomed us were lovely. They eased me straight away. Our room was ready and it was spotless. As this was the summer holidays the outdoor area was busy but myself and my husband always managed to get a sunbed. All the staff were very friendly. We stayed bed and breakfast and the food was lovely. Entertainment is on daily for children and I enjoyed their Disney themed event. I had a fantastic week and will definitely be back in the future. Although the beach is opposite the hotel we decided to spend our time round the pool. Definitely recommend this hotel for families and couples.

Lovely hotel, really friendly staff, nicely decorated, clean relaxed pool area.
I think we got the best room in the hotel it was at the top corner overlooking the sea and the pool area.
The rooms are cleaned daily with love and attention.
Hot water 24,7, clean towels every day from a helpful young girl.
Alot of effort is put into the all-inclusive dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner,
It is presented beautifully
Some of the dishes might not be to everyone's taste, but the hotel has to cater for all nationalities from across Europe that they encounter.
There is a wide selection of pasta, pizza
Potato dishes, nice salads, and cheeses.
The deserts are lovely and presented well.
The bar staff are friendly and helpful and will give you whatever you want as long as you are polite.
It really helps to say please and thank you.
Overall, it was a lovely holiday experience.

This review is specifically only for Chef Bilal. I don’t want to comment on the negatives of this hotel, but Chef Bilal absolutely saved my view of the kitchen (and my belly). He ensured there was no cross contamination whilst preparation of my omelettes, recommended me foods, and provided fantastic hospitality and a good way to start the day.

Highly recommend Chef Bilal for his assistance.

Very reasonable price. I recommend this hotel, better reviews than other hotels near by. Modern room, good balcony. All facilities. Water or champagne welcome treat. Breakfast the best and largest buffet ever.
Pool area small but the beach is right there and more quite. Can’t complain. Parking 15€ per day but easy to find parking on the area. Main street with restaurants, stores and markets.

Service was impeccable, all the staff were friendly and couldn't have been more hospitable. Our room was x2 single beds pushed together which was annoying. The breakfast was azing, couldn't fault it, but there were some really weird foods onnthe evening menus. Stewed pigs trotters and tentacles are deffo not something I'd eat. I was expecting some lovely Mediterranean vegetables, and nice fish etc. The vast majority of veg was soggy and cold. My poor hubby practically lived on pizza, chips, chicken nuggets and nachos. Despite being half board, we ended up eating out on the evening and ditching the hotel food. We were in a perfect place on the main strip in amongst all the gift shops, little supermarkets and 100 yards or so from the beach which was beautiful. There's a lovely indoor shopping centre about 20ins walk, also a Lidl and a KFC. There's a constant breeze so you can't overheat. The sunbathing area in the hotel grounds were cramped, there's no air that gets to the lower part. We did an excursion through the hotel to Barcelona. That was azing however with me having bad feet I didn't know how much walking was involved but putting that aside it was amazing. There's so many bars and restaurants there's an endless choice. I'd deffo go back again.

Nice hotel, very well located (close to the beach and train station). Rooms are kept in a good condition, food is decent (love the paella!), not bad choice of drinks in all-inclusive option. We went there already for the second time and are not disappointed. Additionally, I left something the room and the lady at the reception (thanks so much Claudia for your immediate support) helped out to find it and took care of sending it back to me. All in all, positive experience:)

I think people have fairly low expectations for a reasonably priced all inclusive holiday. But I have to say this hotel exceeded them all. Greet room, great balcony, great staff, and best of all, really great food! Big variety of meals, and freshly cooked. You really can't go wrong. The Ritz it ain't, but for what it is, it's fantastic!

We were provided musical entertainment from Joan and it was as fantastic. He also kept us entertained with pool games and made kids happy during the afternoons and adults happy with music in the evenings. He is a credit to the hotel that he works in. Keep up the good work!

We had an excellent stay over 5 days all-inclusive. The hotel is very clean, well decorated and furnished. Nice pool and terrace area plus quiet lounge and well-tended garden. Plenty of parking in adjacent streets. The bedroom was generous size, the beds very comfortable with quality linen changed daily, and the room was quiet at night. The meals were excellent and the range of drinks was very comprehensive and of good quality. The location is ideal, on the promenade with easy access to shops, beach and railway station for trains to Barça. The really big asset of this hotel is the entire staff. Always smiling and eager to help, nothing is too much trouble, they all seem very good at what they do.

Surprised that we had a terrace with sun loungers and a bar which was excellent. Steps down to the pool area. And a view of the beach.
Only con is the lack of sound proofing could hear people in corridor and next door easily.
But all together a great place.

The rooms were lovely, small but very suitable. There were a few improvements to make, the room needs an extra trash can, and the shower could use some extra ventilation. The location of the hotel is Allright I guess... It's in the heart of the night live of malgrat the Mar, and is surrounded by sweat shops, greasy bars and creepy looking supermarkets. The night life environment also makes sleeping quite hard because till 1 a.m. The music next door is just simply annoying. The service in the hotel is just fine. The menu however could use some extra diversity. I'm a very picky eater and I only ate bread and fries for the whole 7 day stay.

Spent a really great relaxing week here at the end of September 2015 . Definitely would return here . Rooms spotless , especially round the back block where we stayed on a bed and breakfast basis .Everything spotlessly clean , and rooms cleaned every day . Staff were very friendly , and the breakfast facilities fine . There was a lovely little garden in front of our block . One unusual aspect of the hotel is that it is not one large block , but about three separate ones Which are accessed by a sort of corridor from the main strip .I really liked this hotel and my wife and myself have talked about returning there eventually .

The hotel is beautiful and quiet, the service is excellent, everything is fine, I liked the restaurant and Chef Bilal, he is really nice and skilled 😁
