Making the initial arrangements with Juan was easy.
On installation day the engineer was knowledgeable, polite, friendly and efficient. The installation went well, everything worked perfectly first time.
We are very satisfied.

Despite being a Brit in Spain and not being competent in Spanish we found everybody at JetNet associated with helping us with our internet service interruption very very attentive and they worked hard at finding English speaking customer service staff and technicians! Our issue was resolved in a timely manner!

The technicians did a good Job well into the night. An issue arose due the location of the tv to the router and the tv channel box could not be installed because tv box was not wireless.

The installation was quick and efficient and the performance of the fibre internet services are great.

The price is very competitive and they have good offers for new customers.

Jetnets technicians were very helpful and efficient , they even installed my broadband on one of the wettest days this year.
They did an outstanding job.

Genial! La atención al cliente maravillosa, Julia estuvo súper atenta durante el proceso de instalación,y me aconsejó super bien sobre las tarifas. Me hicieron la instalación super rápido,los técnicos fueron muy rápidos y efectivos.
Llevo 2 meses y no tengo ningún problema con las 2 líneas móviles que tengo, y el wifi.

Me han instalado internet en una zona complicada de la Alpujarra baja. Muy satisfecha con la calidad del servicio. Llegan donde otras compañías de renombre no se meten. Fácil contacto con el comercial y con los instaladores, rápidos y funcionales.

Llevo años siendo clienta y siempre me atienden por teléfono rápidamente. Lo que más me gusta es el trato cercano y fácil con ellos.
