I bought a frozen large turkey 3 weeks ago. They’ve kept it frozen for me to pick up today. Went to collect and the lovely man insisted on carrying back to my home for me. Now that’s what I call service - and with a smile.

Great place we visit from Valencia to stock up on some British treats. I wish they had a postal delivery service.

Magasin propre mais prix beaucoup beaucoup trop chère … quasi aucun produit pour les enfants et les rayons du magasin sont trop étroit … la politesse de la personne en caisse laisse à désirer … ce n’est pas l’endroit idéal … RÉPONSE au propriétaire : Je vous remercie mais je ne viens pas pour la première fois à ce magasin … peut-être en vacances mais habitué…. Disappointing. I went at 18:15 for a couple of items and it was closed. An express shop in the town centre which closes at 18:00 isn't very convenient. I went back the next day, they didn't have the items I needed and I had to go to the larger store in Benissa anyway.

Went in to the store today, very expensive, staff not polite, did not give me the correct change. Says she did not have the 5cents, that I was owed, I know its only 5cents, but do that all day it soon adds up, there are other expat shops, to go to.

Pone que está abierto y no ,está cerrado un sábado a las 18:20 de la tarde ,e llamado y nadie coge el teléfono no entiendo nada si cierran que lo pongan que la gente viene de lejos adrede .
