Hotel Cetina Palacio Ayala - Berganza

Stayed here overnight. Great hotel, room was massive, shower was good and water was hot. Room well heated. Super close to the aqueduct, only a few minutes walk. Room rate included breakfast and it’s one of the best included I’ve had in a while. Great selection of food

Very comfortable, clean rooms in a beautiful old building with a lovely courtyard. Service was exceptional, Raquel went above and beyond, was knowledgeable and efficient. Beds are great slept like a baby. Very short walk to Aqueduct.

This was a great place to stay in, the staff were very friendly and very helpful. They even went out of their way to make everything very enjoyable. I would defiantly stay here and would recommend any one with family.

Charming little hotel in an excellent location with extremely friendly and helpful staff. What more can I say? We will stay here again if we return to Segovia.

Lovely hotel that's in a 15th century mansion just outside the old city wall. Staff was helpful and friendly, the room is charming and cozy, and the area around the hotel is pretty and quiet. Hotel is a short walk into the center of the city, although it is uphill. Highly recommended!

The service, the location, the design and the breakfast are all fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel

Abbiamo amato questo hotel. Super accogliente, camere e bagni grandi, letti comodissimi, posizione buona leggermente fuori dal caos del centro. Parcheggio su strisce blu è presente (abbiamo trovato tranquillamente senza bisogno del garage). Ti danno anche drink di benvenuto. Consigliatissimo e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Hotel coqueto, ambiente muy agradable, personal atento para que la estancia sea perfecta. Las indicaciones que nos facilitaron fueron fantásticas. El desayuno muy completo y siempre acompañados del equipo para que no faltara nada. La habitación donde estuvimos alojados, muy grande, a destacar el colchón (muy bueno) y las almohadas. Bonito detalle que el baño estuviera calentito por la mañana.
La insonorización es lo que falla y se escucha las voces de fuera.

Великолепный отель. В центре. Напротив есть паркоместа. Благодаря подсказке милой девушки на ресепшене , скачали EastPark чтобы не бегать с монетками к автомату (макс 2 часа можно стоять, с 20:00 до 9:30 бесплатно). В номере есть буквально все необходимое (нам дали большой номер на самом верху, под крышей). Из минусов - шумоизоляция плохенькая, в санузле слышно соседний номер в мельчайших подробностях... Очень жаль что остановились в этом отеле всего на одну ночь.

Wat een fijn hotel!
Een prachtig oud gebouw met grote luxe kamers met een groot bed waarop we heerlijk hebben geslapen. Erg vriendelijk personeel die je overal mee wil helpen. Parkeergebouw is dichtbij. Als je in Segovia bent dan moet je zeker het aquaduct, de oude binnenstad met de kathedraal en het Alcázar bezoeken. Vandaar is het de moeite waard om buiten de stadsmuur terug te lopen naar het oude centrum.
Vergeet niet om na het wakker worden in het hotel te gaan ontbijten. Nergens krijg je het beter dan hier.
Al met al betoverend!

Desayuno correcto y con el personal siempre atento a nuestras necesidades.
Habitación muy amplia y confortable.
Del personal destacaría su amabilidad y cercanía, muy amable Roksana en los desayunos y Raquel en recepción.

Muy buen hotel para alojarse en Segovia. Nada más llegar, te dan una invitación con dos cócteles gratis en el bar para que vayas cuando quieras. Puedes aparcar en la calle sin problema y no sale nada caro el parking. El personal del hotel es encantador, en especial, Teresa ya que fue ella quien nos preparó los cócteles que estaban buenísimos y fue muy atenta y servicial con nosotros. Lo único malo es que la habitación no estaba insonorizada ya que el día que llegamos, la habitación de al lado estaba en obras y se oía absolutamente todo. También se oían las campanas de una iglesia de al lado que te despertaba por la mañana.
