I have travelled to many countries touring with my bike. Having tried 2 bike shops to fix my brakes in Barcelona, Biking Point found the problem, repaired in a few minutes, and adjusted the gears on my wife’s bike in a minute. They were a life saver for our tour. By far the best bike shop experience I have ever had. All the staff were very gracious.

Nice shop and excellent staff. I don't know too much about bikes and Miquel was very patient with me, explaining all the options. I also spent ages trying on all the shoes. When I picked up the bike, there was a small problem with payment and they were fine about that. The next day the bike had a small problem and they fixed it on the spot. I have a free one month tune-up to look forward to. Bike experts with professional service!

I've since been back a few times over the years to get things fixed and for tune-ups. They always do a great job.

My bike was serviced at Biking Point Tarragona last week and it was a great service .Some of the guys speak English and were very helpful .They explained all the costs at the out set and indeed when something else needed to be done they phoned me to let me know ,advised on the cost and got my permission . All their parts are reasonably priced and were happy to provide advice on technical issues . Overall a great experience and I would thouroughly recommend them .

Just droped by to ask if they could change my battery in my Garmin hartrate strap. It's a really, really tiny Torx screw. Empty battery happens always at vacation😂 Had a spare battery but no screwdriver.

Spending two weeks in Tarragona to bike through it wonderful woods. Unfortunately after the first week I broke a rim and was stranded. Went to biking point on Monday morning at opening time. They have been fantastic, had available a new set of Fulcrum wheels at an excellent price and moved tires, discs and cassette from the old wheels to the new ones. In less than an hour I was able to go back pedaling. Excellent service and being able to speak English was great.

I recently bought a great bike there- they took their time to explain me all the models and chose the one based on my preferences, offered great price and free first service! Great store with wide range of products from bikes to accessories , and most importantly amazing and really friendly staff!

Had problems with my tubeless tires, this was fixed directly by the very friendly mechanics, absolutely recommendable

I came to Tarragona on holiday to ride. I forgot my Di2 charger, and the store was kind enough to load my bike all afternoon for free. So I could continue to ride with my Liv Langma!
