Grapevine Manor

I’ve just spent five days at Grapevine Manor celebrating my birthday with friends and family. You’ll be hard pressed to find a more ideal venue for an event like this! They have 9 bedrooms, spacious kitchen, dining room and bar, a swimming pool and a hot tub which, in April, was very welcome after a few bracing laps in the pool😁! The rooms a very tastefully decorated, generous in size with very comfortable beds.

But the best thing about the place are its hosts. Damon and James will go out of their way to make your stay unforgettable wanting you to go back time and time again.

The location is remote so you’ll need a car but if you’re into cycling Damon will show you all the best trails around. And if you like hiking go during the cooler months to enjoy the surrounding mountains.

All in all, I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a place away from the usual tourist spots. Thank you, James and Damon for making my 60th celebrations unforgettable!

We stayed one night and would happily stay again. The service was excellent.
The room was bright and clean with tea and coffee making facilities. The pool area was very nice.
The dinner was excellent as well.

We loved our stay at Grapevine Manor. It's located in a beautiful area; amazing landscapes and so quiet. The room was very clean and cool, just like the communal spaces. The breakfast was amazing - fruits, yogurts, granola, bread, eggs, great coffee, and we could sit outside, enjoying thát and the views. Also, James and Damon are amazing hosts, couldn't recommend staying at their place more.

Old finca renovated with style.A 100% chill out manor house with impeccable service.A little difficult to find but worth the effort.
Buffet style breakfast had plenty of choices & special mention that the eggs are from free range chickens on the premises.
Excellent swimming pool & spa bath in large sunny area with plenty of sunbeds.
Ample free parking.

A perfect getaway for relaxing by the pool, enjoying the countryside and exploring surrounding vineyards! Grapevine Manor is a lovely villa with clean and comfortable rooms located between beautiful fields – about an hour's drive from Alicante. James & Damon are excellent hosts and very friendly! We immediately felt at home and will definitely come back in the future. Breakfast outside was great and we also enjoyed a fantastic homecooked dinner. We also rented their ebikes, which we can highly recommend e.g. to check out the area between Grapevine Manor and the town of Salinas.

Would like to thank Damon and James for a wonderful weeks holiday. My sister and I stayed in the Gold Room absolutely beautiful. James and Damon have decorated rooms to a very high standard. We woke up every morning sitting on.our balcony to panoramic views. Breakfast was excellent - something for everyone. Fresh eggs from Damon's hens delicious. The hotels location is perfect for a peaceful holiday or as a base to travel from. I couldn't add a review on booking.com as I didnt book through them. I would definitely have given Damon and James 10 out of 10 for cleanliness, food, friendliness. They are the perfect hosts and the hotel with its wonderful pool is exceptional. Cant wait to go back 🥰

We rented the Grapevine Manor for friends and family who had come from Scotland to celebrate our wedding in Spain. It was the perfect choice. The villa is beautiful and everything is of a first class standard. Everyone had a fantastic time, the place is spacious, well furnished and beautifully presented. The pool area is gorgeous and the views simply wonderful. We would recommend this fantastic house to everyone and this area of Spain is still a bit of a hidden gem which makes it all the more special. My partner and I spent a gloriously relaxing week at Grapevine Manor from 12th July 2022. The Manor is set in idyllic countryside and we would recommend making use of the available bicycles to explore the local tracks. Set in vineyards and almond groves, it is an ideal base for travellers or for a 'get away from it all' stay. We were most impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the accommodation, while maintaining the character of rural Valencia. Our hosts Damon and James were always attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Venture out to sample the flavours of the local restaurants, visit nearby bodegas and tapas bars or take in the history of Pinoso. Whilst a car would be advantageous to explore the countryside, we were more than happy with countryside walks and peaceful relaxation at the pool. Extensive Wi-Fi inside and out is an added bonus. Relax and enjoy!

Stayed here while looking for a holiday property, what a lucky find Chris Sue and daughter Jenny really made us welcome nothing was to much.
It's a beautiful building with nice interiors. Coming back in the evenings to log burning fire, home made Cooked dinners was great, oh and a few glasses of wine. Would really recommend Grape Vine Manor , looking forward to. Our next visit.

What a fantastic place and we had this to ourselves for a whole week. Just cannot describe how much we enjoyed this manor from the moment we arrived till our last moments the following Saturday. Our grandchildren played together from morning till dusk and sometimes beyond in and around the swimming pool,the courtyards,special play rooms cinema room oh my the list is absolutly end less.
Apart from having to go food and drink shopping we never had to leave the property. The owners met us on the first day and gave us the grand tour of the property the were very gracious and friendly really made us all feel at home.
Well stocked kitchens in that there was plenty of cutlery ect.
Large American style fridge freezer x2 washing machine really handy when you have small children in the house.
All in all I would most certainly recommend this holiday retreat to one and all.

Great house for a special group event or family vacation. I celebrated my 40th birthday here with a group of friends. The house has lots of space and great kitchen as well as lots of outdoor space for outside dinner, either on the patio or poolside. The pool is great for children and we made sure we took a dip every day. The location is a short drive to the wineries in Jumilla and Yecla. There is a supermarket nearby and the Alicate airport is the closest airport for people flying in. I highly recommend renting this house and will certainly consider coming back here.

Fantastic place to stay, beautiful immaculate guest rooms, very clean. The staff very friendly and the food was great. Definitely stay again at this lovely country B&B. Beautiful setting surrounded by mountain views.

Superb on every level been here many times over the years. Quiet and secluded if you want a little solitude but access to towns and villages. Used as a base for Runs out on Motorbikes.

Excellent place, beautifully looked after and owners could not be more accommodating. Pool is clean, fresh towels, everything you'd ever need in the kitchen.

Only had 1 day but its great could not wish for anything continental breakfast fabulous

Massive place. Very impressively designed and there is everything you need including a bath with a television in it!!! And a children's room
