The cost is insignificant (28€/person) for the dining experience they offer; several courses, inc dessert and drinks, hospitable staff, beautiful design and architecture, lush garden and outdoor area. My friend said the bathroom was very impressive too. The owner (chef), greeted each table. How was the food? Perfectamente. I’m still in awe.

Beyond excited to come back! First of all, the restaurant is located in the middle of nowhere, but bear with me; this just made the overall experience even better. Don't let the 'casa de pueblo' fool you!

As soon as you enter the restaurant, you simply feel at home—the furniture, the decorations, the small details... It's the warmth and the beautiful nostalgia that indulge your senses as soon as you enter the establishment.

Moreover, we were carefully explained how the restaurant and the menu worked. More precisely, the waiters and waitresses were at all times checking in and further assisting us whenever needed. Truly, one of the best services ever! Shout out to all the young professionals working on the weekend; they were our true heroes for the entire afternoon.

The dishes were spectacular! Homemade and super tasty, you'll for sure leave with a very happy-filled belly.

Recommendations: ensaladilla de cangrejo y langostinos; ensalada de col; embutidos; quesos; and so forth. Without a doubt, you'll have to try their paellas; make sure to order them prior to your arrival (via phone). If not, you'll only be able to choose from what they have available at that time.

Went for lunch on Friday , first went six years ago , how things have changed ,
the food and surroundings are to the highest standard and cant be faulted.
The waitress was courteous and knowledgeable
Its a shame Steak is not on the menu and you can only choice 3 starters for a table of four on the set menu but these are minor issues and we will certainly return .

Fantastic coffee in a really tucked away restaurant. It was full of cyclists when we arrived so we sat in the outside area. Plenty of cycle parking alongside cars.

Incredible food, cozy atmosphere, and great service. The chef approached us to make sure everything was going well. Would recommend this great restaurant to everyone who appreciates authentic Spanish food and nice views.

Beautiful restaurant with good food. We enjoyed our lunch/dinner from 14h00 till 18h00. Take your time, enjoy, relax and be surprised about the great dishes you get served.

Absolutely fantastic, inside and outside wonderful rustic and modern style beautifully combination in a unique look.
Food is absolutely delicious, home range chicken eggs and vegetables, very tasty meal, bread, salad and coffee.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
I'll come back every time I can.

If you want traditional Spanish cooking, this is the place, you must reserve as it's almost always full. The service is excellent and the house wine great at only 10 euros a bottle.

Simply fantastic place, bit off the beaten track but well worth the effort to get there. I have eaten in many places but this is one of the best. The combination of the quality of the food, the ambience, the great value and the friendliness of the staff make it difficult to beat. If you are in the area you simply must go but make sure you book first !

Restaurante Casa Sanchiz es uno de mis restaurantes favoritos con diferencia. Tanto el establecimiento, el trato del equipo así como la relación calidad-precio marcan la diferencia 🫶🏽

El menú de 35€ por persona es muy completo, desde el pan, la ensalada 🥗 de la casa de KM0, Gachamiga tradicional, croquetas de su huerta, la tabla de quesos 🧀 y los surtidos de embutidos, un 10/10 ⭐. Y de plato estrella, el arroz de conejo y caracoles 🐌 o el arroz con verduras.

¡Todo aquí está sublime! Con muchas ganas de volver y poder disfrutar una vez más de una gran experiencia culinaria.

Tras la primera vez que visito este restaurante puedo decir que hemos salido muy contentos. Excelente relación calidad-precio. Servicio que se esmera por explicar los platos y hacer que te sientas bien. Platos muy bien presentados y sabor. Homenaje a la gastronomía local. Sin duda volveremos a probar otras cosas. Mención especial a la alcachofa que ahora está de temporada.
