Wonderful service!

Car battery completely dead in the overflow car park round the corner, had no idea what we needed to do and only speak English. The staff were so helpful even drove the new battery to the car and replaced it within 15minutes. Were super helpful and understanding, would recommend to everyone.

Grate customer service. All work carried was explained to me. Also some other work had to be carried out but before this was done I received a call informing if the problem and the cost of this.

A big problem for me solved in 5 minutes

I needed a new battery for my car and found Norauto online. I entered my car registration and it gave me a list of batteries that would be suitable, so I booked an appointment for the next morning.

When I arrived the staff were friendly and I asked for wiper blades to be replaced while they were working on my car; no problem. Just over an hour later I received a WhatsApp message to say my car was ready for collection.

Everything went smoothly and I found the prices were very reasonable. I'd definitely recommend them.

Really helpful and friendly staff, needed some new wiper blades for my UK ford fiesta and not only did they sort the right blades at a very reasonable price but Jose came out to my car to fit them for me.
Jose was not only very efficient and fitted the blades together from the complicated attachments for was cheerful and friendly, excellent service 👍

Excellent customer service. Pleasant friendly staff. The job was completed in the time they said. They explained exactly what the problem had been and what they had done. Couldn't ask for more, and this is not the first time I have used Norauto with the same experience. I had brought my car from Ireland so being a long way from home it's a real relief to get this sort of service when something goes wrong. Top marks.

been very well helped yesterday. we had a flat tire. just before we leave for Belgium. within 3 hours we had a set of new tires on the car and we could continue our way to belgium. top service thanks for that

All my 4 tyres were punctured, on purpose, by my moronic neighbours so after dealing with Insurance Co., the car was taken to Norauto, without prior appointment. Upon arrival, Norauto seen to the car and me without fuss. The garage was full of cars yet my car was ready within 2.5 hours. The staff in the shop were very nice and helpful. I would go there again but hopefully not under the same circumstances.
