Antiguo mercado de Águilas

Stumbled on this gorgeous indoor market today and had an amazing time perusing the fresh meat, fish and produce sellers. Truly a beautiful and colourful place to grab a meal or simply feast with your eyes.

The old market at Aguilas. It is not so much of a market now. There are still stalls in there but it is it more like an indoor square. There is an interesting looking tapas bar and a plain bar in there that provides the attraction and although we have not visited either of these, they always appear to be pretty busy with families and tourists every time we have walked past.

Close by is the fabulous Oranje cake shop which is very much worth a visit. They serve tea and coffee and their Red Velvet cake is something else.

Comida excelente,los postres?...las raciones raciones de postres para comer un regimiento y de lo mejorcito que e comido y el precio al compás, super económico para la cantidad de comida.
Volveremos sin duda.

La recomiendo al 100%.Hay dos restaurantes en cada lado, y son estupendos.
El servicio de 10 y los camareros encantados.
Se come muy bien y tienen mucha variedad.
La calidad precio en comparación con otros sitios cercanos está muy bien.
Si tenéis la oportunidad y estáis cerca pasaros.
Además si se tienen niño pequeños, tienen parque de bolas en el que pueden jugar.

Hemos comido genial por 10€ el menú del día!! Todo riquísimo y el camarero no podía ser más majo. Si vuelvo a Águilas como ahí sin dudar. Maravilla 😁

Si se pasa por allí recomendable al 100% ir a tomar algo o comer.
Tienen un parque de bolas en el que pueden jugar los peques sin problemas.
Los trabajadores encantadores.

Se come muy bien en los restaurantes que hay en la Plaza de Abastos.

Marché aux poissons couvert, avec restaurants spécialisés en viandes plus pizzeria. Endroit non climatisé mais ventilateurs à disposition, très agréable et personnel très attentionné. Ne demandez pas la spécialité, car vous vous retrouverez avec une fondue au fromage. Très bon mais pas très agréable quand il fait très chaud

Était au restaurant " La Plaza"
Le personnels super gentil, à l'écoute, rapide, la cuisine hyper bonne. Je conseille fortement à tout les touristes. Le chien était accepté et à reçu de l'eau.

Nos ha encantado el sistema de consumo en los distintos puestos, sin tener que cambiar de mesa. Así se puede degustar toda la oferta gastronómica que ofrece el lugar.

Son personas maravillosas y tienen la comida fresca ,las comidas son muy buenas y estan bien de precio,pero si encargas paella de marisco y entran personas con mas dinero ,te quitan el turno.

Un sitio muy curioso , un mercado reconvertido en pequeños bares , muy chulo vamos a menudo , el Cachulero hace unos caracoles espectaculares

Establecimiento situado en el centro de Águilas ideal para degustar pescados y mariscos, así como exquisitas carnes.

Estaba en decadencia, la están renovando poco a poco. En el lorito buen café y pan tostado. El puesto de churros en la esquina, exquisitos, la dueña destaca por su simpatía.

Servicio super atento. Probe la hamburguesa angus y estaba espectacular. Calamar braseado con ajo negro estaba todavia mas bueno. Los postres pedimos tarta de queso con fresas es normalita pero la de mango le doy un 10.

Eine gelungene Mischung aus historischer Markthalle und modernem Foodmarket

Die historische Markthalle am Plaza de Abastos in der Altstadt wurde im vergangenen Jahr renoviert und wiedereröffnet.
Es gibt neben den Marktständen für Fisch, Fleisch, Obst und Gemüse zwei Restaurants und ein Gourmet-Lebensmittelgeschäft.
In der hellen Halle, die innen mit sehr schönen Kacheln geschmückt ist, befinden sich zahlreiche kleine Tapas-Bars. Vor den Schaltern stehen Tische und Stühle, an denen vor allen an den Wochenenden zahlreiche Einheimische und wenige Touristen bei einem Plausch etwas essen und trinken.
Das Angebot an regionalen Produkten ist vielfältig und wird durch die Restaurants und einen Asia-Imbiß ergänzt.
Die schöne alte Halle ist mit kostenlosem Wifi und Flatscreens kommunikationstechnisch auf der Höhe der Zeit.
Foodmarkets sind überall auf der Welt eröffnet worden und erfreuen sich großer Beliebtheit bei Touristen und Feinschmeckern.
Der Markt in Aguilas unterscheidet sich von den meisten anderen Märkten durch seine gelungene Mischung von traditioneller Markthalle und Foodmarket.
Die Stände sind einfach und authentisch und die lebhafte Marktatmosphäre wirkt unverfälscht und nicht modern.
Hier sollten Sie unbedingt die Spezialität Polvo Seco vom Grill probieren, der in der Tasca del Polvo in freundlichem Ambiente serviert wird. Sie können sich zu einen Glas Wein problemlos eine Racion teilen.
Uns hat die alte Markthalle, die Stimmung und das Speisenangebot sehr gut gefallen.
Nicht versäumen, wenn Sie die alte Römerstadt und den Fischereihafen besuchen. Dort sind ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden.
