BICIS BURU

Needed new tubes to my dogtrailer. No problem, quick and correct service. For me, as a tourist its good they speak English. If I need help with my bike, I know where to go.

Popped in during our ride to ask if they would look at my gears as they were skipping and needed indexing.
They were very helpful and sorted it out whilst we had a coffee next door!
Fantastic service and great choice of bikes and accessories.

This is my second review of the same bike shop but from a different perspective. Having been here 4 years I have bought a fair bit from them and had loads of work done. EVERY time I have came away happy. I also see the way they treat other customers, old and young, big or small spend, and it is unfailingly fair and courteous.
What goes around comes around and they have moved to a bigger and better shop, with a MASSIVE stock of bikes and accessories.

So lucky to have them in our small town.

(Both of the owners speak good English and are very patient!)

Just called in with slight problems with our two Volt Pulse e-bikes. The technician immediately left what he was doing, spent a good 20 minutes assessing the problems and resolved both issues for us, yet refused to even accept a small tip. He spoke English very well which was enormously helpful as my Spanish is far too limited, I'm ashamed to say! The shop itself had a wide range of bikes and accessories and we would definitely recommend it without reservation. Sue W.

Big shop with lots of stock at decent prices. Fantastic helpful staff, English is limited (not their fault!) but we get by. Great mechanic, they charge way too little for work! Best bike shop for miles

Absolutely fantastic service ...i required a new chain and cassette on my bicycle ....being a tourist travelling in a motorhome time is off importance and these guys fixed the bike there and then in less than 30 mins and for a fantastic price ....great friendly and helpful staff very well done.

Had issues with my bike while traveling around Spain, stopped there and the service was great, quick and pricing very reasonable. Best bike shop I've found in Spain!

Perfect service

Sehr hilfsbereiter Fahrradhändler. Hatte urplötzlich einen platten Hinterreifen bei der Besichtigung der Stadt und habe das Fahrrad dorthin geschoben mit der Hoffnung dass sie mir helfen würden. Ohne großes Reden direkt angenommen und gesagt ich solle in 45 Minuten wieder kommen. Der Chef hat auch direkt gehört dass die Bremse am Fahrrad meiner Frau quietscht. Auch behoben ! Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmal für die schnelle kompetente Hilfe.

Das Radlager meines Hundeanhängers war komplett zerbrochen. Der Mechaniker nahm das wirklich durch Salzwasser geschundene Rad, bat um eine Stunde Zeit und konnte mir dann die nötigen Ersatzteile benennen. Nach zwei Tagen kam er mir mit dem reparierten Rad freudestrahlend entgegen, erkannte mich sofort im gut gefüllten Laden. Der Preis mehr als fair. Meine absolute Empfehlung, dieses Geschäft für alles rund ums Fahrrad unbedingt zu nutzen und mit Käufen zu unterstützen.

Mein Bosch Akku hat vor 2 Tagen plötzlich und unerwartet seinen Geist aufgegeben. Gestern bin ich zu Bicis Buru gefahren um Näheres zu erfahren wie und ob der Akku wieder reaktiviert werden kann. Der Akku wurde ausgelesen und nach einer Stunde bekam ich die Gewissheit dass er leider nicht mehr repariert werden kann.
Die Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend und haben für die ganze Angelegenheit nicht mal was berechnet.

Die Übersetzung bekam ich per KI in bestem Deutsch geliefert.

Si no llega a ser por Bicis Buru mi padre estaría muerto, mi padre tenia la costumbre de ir en bicicleta sin sillín, el médico le prohibio esta práctica ya que le habian tenido que recomponer el colon en varias ocasiones. Gracias a Bicis Buru mi padre encontro con la ayuda de su espléndido equipo una bicicleta con la que poder hacer lo suyo sin cortes ni desgarros. Gracias Bicis Buru!!!!

Increible servicio. Venía con una urgencia que no me dejaba competir y me lo han resuelto muy rápida y amablemente.
Eran típicos detalles que en otros sitios te hubieran rascado dinero y me han ayudado muchísimo.
