Colonial forum is a part of Roman ruins of Tarragona complex. One ticket is good for all 4 sites.
You can wander among Roman ruins, and even climb some. Or just take a break and sit on ancient column , well, what is left of it, but still cool, right?
It's not crowded at all, on Saturday afternoon we had the whole place to ourselves. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as market.

Tarragona is full of monuments from Roman times. This one stands between the blocks and is divided by the street. Surprising connection :). The area itself for own exploration. You can feel and touch the history. It is a pity that there are not too many information tables. Sometimes, for laymen like me, it's hard to guess what the original form and destiny was. And besides, it's probably a paradise for cats - there were quite a lot of them there.

Is nice to see but there are not a lot of things, so better go to the upper part of the city

We had a combined pass which covers the entry fee for many sites in the city. There's a QR code at the entrance you can scan to access the audiobook (which is included in the price) and walk along the different structures whilst getting some info about all you're seeing. I found it to be very interesting and educational and just incredible we can walk along those structures that were created 2000 years ago.

Was a very interesting place to walk around. The age of the building and the size it .just have been years ago is unreal. Was well worth going to.

Its a small city people seem friendly and a perfect place to relax while visiting Spain. This place also has a lot of history. I stayed in Hotel Piguel and man the hospitality we got would want me to come just there.

Great place if you love roman history or ancient rocks. I would recomend downloading the app, it has virtual reality and can help you transport your imagination to roman ages
