Paseaba por Barruera por la cursa Garmin Mountain Festival, al llegar a escaparate de Intersport apareció el propietario, Manel, tuvimos una charla deportiva y me atendió supercorrectamente. Volveré seguro, además amigos del lugar me informaron de que es el mejor lugar para alquiler de esquís.

Fui a comprar unos zapatos y una chaqueta y me asesoraron muy bien, en especial Manel. Tienen mucha variedad de equipamiento.

Millor lloc per lloguar esquís, no hi ha cues com a altered loca i el material era de qualitat. El preu assequible. Repetiré!

Nice staff, but the policy if you buy something and it is broken is very bad.
I bought pair of mountaineering shoes and after using it for 2 days, a part of the shoelace of one shoe broke off. So I went back to the shop. They did not have same shoe in same size, so I wanted my money back. To my surprise this was not possible. They were only willing to change it for other type of shoes or otherwise send the shoes to the manufacturer and wait (whatever time) before I just might get money back or new shoes. As I was a tourist and only visiting, this last option was no use for me.
But whatever I said they kept their point of view as being legit, as it was also promotion. As if when you sell stuff with reduced prices (promotion) you can sell rubbish.
It was salomon hiking shoes by the way. Never buy these and also don’t buy at this shop.

We bought a climbing book here which after a day some off the pages let loose. When we came back we were very badly treated from a customer perspective and no solution was offered, very very bad service!
