El Ventador

A marvellous experience. Spectacular dishes, very sophisticated in taste, texture and presentation. Very nice waiter. Highly recommended.

Been there 2 times having the first time the Classic menu and the second time the “petit relays “ menu. Both times we went for the combined wines/cava/beer l option, which is the best way to taste both wine and food as they emphasize each others. It was a great experience : the quality, creativity and taste of the dishes was of a superior level! The service was both warm and entertaining with good description of the dishes and advices on best way to enjoy them while combining with the beverages. Of course more expensive of the other local restaurants ( but still with an excellent quality/ cost ratio) but also of a different category ! Totally recommend!

Delicious food, with really creative dishes combining local produce and inspiration from further afield. The tasting menu is of Michelin star standard. It is a good idea to order the optional additonal course (we had some truly wonderful local kid) as it really was the star dish. The wine suggested by the waiter was excellent and good value. The staff are extremely polite and accommodating and the restaurant is very stylish.

Amazing food and very friendly staff. Loved it. After a beautiful hike in Vall de Boí, dinner here was the culmination of the evening.

Best food so far this trip, modern tapas Michelin level food, fantastic value we'll definitely be back.

Incredible food, surprising comparing to the common restaurants in this area. Took 5 different dishes, all of them were great!

Exceptional restaurant, gourmet food. Dishes are a bit small (though not small relatively to gourmet) and prices are around 16€.

Fuimos a comer un sábado y fue un verdadero acierto! Probamos el menú degustación sorpresa de 60€, sin bebida incluida. Para este menú, hay que reservar mesa, que nos indicaron que servían a la 13:15.
Una delicia para el paladar y la atención exquisita. El sitio está exquisitamente decorado y es muy acogedor.
Muy recomendable si estás por la zona.

El Ventador ofrece una experiencia culinaria excepcional, destacando por sus sabores exquisitos, texturas bien logradas y presentación impecable. Además, su atención al cliente es notable, brindando un servicio de alta calidad que complementa perfectamente la excelencia de su cocina. Sin duda, una visita obligada para los amantes de la gastronomía.

La Vall de Boí és un autèntic paradís. Muntanyes, paisatges impressionants, el romànic... Però a banda de tot allò hi ha un restaurant, el Ventador, que, per si sols, justifica el viatge. Una cuina innovadora, cuidada i de una tècnica exquisita, i al mateix temps arrelada al territori amb un producte de primera qualitat. Avui hem tingut l'ocasió de tornar-ho a comprovar. Teniu que venir.

Experiencia gastronómica muy positiva. Si estás por la zona no puedes perderte este restaurante de cocina creativa con productos de proximidad. Tienen opciones sin gluten y también disponen de pan sin gluten. El día que fuimos que no les quedaba pero buscaron alternativas.

Imprescindible pedir la trucha marinada y la berenjena con stracciatella. Si te atreves con postres diferentes, la nata ahumada es todo un acierto.

Para nuestro gusto el steak tartar estaba demasiado picado.

Cuina delicada, saborosa, amb bon contrast de sabors tradicionals i tocs orientals, amb producte de molta qualitat , molt cuidada, a mes de tenir una carta de vins molt acceptable,i un servei de sala molt adequat.

¡Espectacular!, nos gusta este tipo de cocina en plan degustación, y hacía mucho tiempo que no disfrutábamos tanto, estaba todo realmente exquisito, el local muy acogedor y el trato inmejorable, Anaís (la camarera), un encanto. Un lugar para repetir y recomendar.

Un restaurante con una cocina increíble, imaginativa y productos de muy buena calidad. Elisabet desde los fogones traslada todas sus emociones en platos inspirados en la naturaleza del Valle. Anaïs atiende al cliente con un trato muy cercano y preocupándose de que el cliente tenga una gran experiencia. Recomiendo dejarse asesorar en la variedad de cervezas artesanales. En mi próxima visita al valle, será parada obligatoria. Gracias, equipo!!!

No sabríamos decir que ha salido mejor, si el servicio o la comida. Anais ha sido la guía perfecta en esta experiencia gastronomica. Ha sabido aconsejarnos y no ha decepcionado ningun plato. La calidad del producto, la presentación y el sabor son excepcionales. Es la primera vez que vamos y seguro que no será la última.

Un lloc espectacular. Hem fet el menú degustació i tot era boníssim.

Productes de temporada tractats amb una gràcia i una cura que feia goig. Sens dubte un lloc per repetir i per portar a la gent.
