Bodega Hacienda López de Haro

We visited for the 1:30 tour in English. The guide spoke beautifully and answered all of our questions. We were able to visit the grape vines where the guide explained how they taste to prepare for harvest. This tour has a very detailed description of the history of the region which was very good. The tour ended with the guided tasting of three wines accompanied by a selection of cheese and ham. One of the best tours we had during our visit. Would definitely recommend, Especially at €17 per person.

We stopped by on 05.10.2023 by Bodega Hacienda Lopez de Haro and i must admit that was one of our highlights of the trip through many wineries in Rioja.
Thanks to Esther, who not only made a great wine tasting ( i definitely recommend to make one, so you can try and compare traditional wine (like reserva) with bodegas own creations) but also showed us the bodega and tell us a lot about the story and processes behind. If you want to know more about wine production, definitely try to book a tour and you can get very interesting and personal tour.
The view from the terrase to the valley is very nice and we were told that in summer they are doing there sunset events, what should be amazing at this location.
Our personal favorits for wines there are "El Pacto" and "Reserva", also i found their white wine very good, especially for the summer days. So of course we bought some too:).

One of the best wine tours ever! Passionate, knowledgable an enthusiastic guide who can pass the heritage of the region on to the visitors. Wonderful wines, we have to come back once.

Beautiful setting on the edge of the town of San Vicente de la Sonsierra. The woman providing the tasting was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and we were lucky enough to see the first grapes of the harvest unloaded. Only the Crianza is widely available at home, so it was great to try some of their other wines. Definitely recommend!

We had an absolutely amazing tour of the winery. One of the highlights of our trip to Spain. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the wines and region.

We had an amazing wine tasting experience here. Ainhoa explained us not only the history of this amazing Rioja wine region, processes of wine fermentation, differences between them, but also really replied all possible questions we had. And in English!

This tour was by far our favourite one we did in La Rioja! Mostly because the guide we had, Ainhoa, was incredible. She provided a clear explanation throughout the whole tour, we got to taste the wine at the different stages of the fermentation process and the wine tasting at the end was also fantastic. She answered all the questions we had and you could tell she was very passionate. The winery is in a stunning location and we really enjoyed the outside tour we got where she explained where we were located and provided a very interesting background on winemaking and a lot of interesting facts we hadn't heard before. Thank you Ainhoa!!

Beautifully situated winery with a great tour and nice wines to match. We had an excellent tour guide called Elisa, who made the experience interesting, informative, fun and overall very enjoyable. We were granted the opportunity to try a variety of wines, and were taught a lot about the history of wine making in La Rioja. Definitely worth a visit.

Very nice personnel. It was closed for visiters, it is October now, but we had a good look at the winery. Huge! It smelled like wow. The two men helped showed us good wines. Great place to visit.

La mejor visita a una bodega que hemos hecho.
La bodega es muy chula, pero el gran valor es la guía que te acompaña y te explica la elaboración del vino y la historia del vino de Rioja.
La cata de los vinos genial.
En resumen una gran experiencia

Me ha gustado mucho la visita. La bodega es muy bonita y con las vistas preciosas al río y a los viñedos. Durante la visita se puede catar los vinos directamente de los depositos, así entender mejor la diferencia de las variedades.
La atención durante la visita y la cata es muy personal. Los vinos son buenos, lo que me ha gustado sobre todo es El Pacto blanco. También recomiendo mucho probar sus vinos que no están de la cata de la colección Classica

Hemos visitado varias bodegas pero en ninguna hemos disfrutado como en López de Haro, y todo gracias a Ainhoa. De 10. Las explicaciones, el buen rollo, poder probar vinos durante sus diferentes fases… hasta los niños, que en visitas de este tipo se ponen algo más pesados, se lo pasaron genial.

Al llegar a la Bodega Hacienda López de Haro puedes aparcar sin problemas.
En la visita guiada puedes ver las cupelas donde se guarda el vino en las diferentes fases y la degustación te permite probar los diferentes vinos y categorías.
La degustación final la hacen con un poco de chorizo y queso acompañado de unos palitos de pan.
Ainoha, que fue nuestra guia, es conocedora del producto 100% y responde a todas las preguntas que sabe con absoluta confianza y conocimiento.
Totalmente recomendable.

He realizado la visita a la Bodega de López de Haro en la Rioja esta mañana lo cual me ha agradado sumamente. La experiencia empieza con una explicación del guía Joaquín sobre la región, clima y vinicultura; seguida por la visita a la bodega donde te explica todo el proceso de fermentación y maduración del vino. Terminamos con una cata de diferentes vinos de calidad superior. Como experiencia educativa me ha parecido del más alto nivel, el dominio dela materia de Joaquín es notable.

Genial! La bodega está muy bien, el enclave de la misma idílico, los vinos estupendos... pero sobre todo destacar al guía, hizo la visita muy interesante y entretenida (no recuerdo el nombre, fue el 2/11/23 a las 13:00)

Très bon moment passé en compagnie de Ainhoa qui maîtrise bien le français et a su nous transmettre l'amour de sa région et de son vin. Nous avons beaucoup discuté, ce fut un très bon moment. La qualité du vin nous la connaissions déjà mais nous avons découvert de nouvelles choses et éveillé nos papilles. Merci pour cette rencontre
