Bear in mine that this is a one-star hotel and they don't promise much services but what service they do provide is PERFECT! Friendly, thoughtful and warm.
The location is great, right next to the basilica. Quiet and restful. It also has its own lovely private garden behind for contemplation.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Desk provided for journalling. Hot powerful showers. Bring your own toiletries as expected. If you lack anything, like a power adapter, the front desk will try to help as best they can. Wonderful hospitality.
Breakfast is continental but on the "full" side of continental: selections of self service coffees, teas, fruits. Fresh bread with tomato pulp, olive oil, jam, butter, etc. Ham and cheese. Good fortification for the day.

Beautiful retreat center right next to the Basilica of St. Ignatius of Loyola.
The room is spacious, clean.
The meals are delicious and the staff were very friendly.
It's a blessing to be here for retreat.

A very good place to rest and clean. I enjoyed my stay meeting friendly people. Off the beat path for some good hiking to Xoxote from Azpieta ... Some other trails in the area to Attola and Zeztoa...easy drive to Zumaia. Ideal location to visit the religious sites connected to the Saint Ignatius of Loyola and ideal for the outdoor type individual who enjoys nature, hiking and exploring places.

Perfect place to stay in order to visit Loyola Sanctuary. Quite and clean.

Atentos, amables, y serviciales al máximo. Atendieron mis intolerancias alimentarias con todo el cariño posible. Habitaciones sencillas pero muy limpias y tranquilas. Un lugar para encontrarse con todo lo trascendental

El hotel está genial, el trato por parte de Javier inmejorable, la comida exquisita. La única pega que le veo es la cama, un poco dura, no es buena para la espalda

In una posizione tranquilla, in un edificio storico trasformato in hotel. Proprio di fronte ai giardini della basilica di s. Ignazio di Loyola. Ai tempi del mio soggiorno, il ristorante era chiuso. Peccato. Gradevolissimo lo staff.

Hotel je uz baziliku i dvorac Ignacija Loyole. Ima lift i prostrane uredne sobe. Službena jedna zvjezdica ne pokazuje stvarno stanje. Uredna i prostrana kupaonica, televizor, Internet, telefon i dr. Idealan za hodočasnike. Vrlo sam zadovoljna svime.

Excelente relación precio calidad. Limpio y austero. La atención muy buena por parte del personal. El desayuno no entra en el precio, pero merece la pena. Muy buena impresión

Hotel modesto situado a meia duzia de metros do Santuário de Loyola. Preços muito acessiveis, quartos modestos mas com uma higiene fantástica.
