Telitec Connections

We’ve had a great experience with Telitec so far.

First, Julie was really helpful in setting out the package options which were competitively priced and also included free installation - only a 20€ non-returnable admin fee if we couldn’t/didn’t go ahead for any reason.

Getting fibre into the house was hard due to the construction but the installation team really persisted and got the cabling in underground, and so it was very neat, and got it all up and running.

Finally, I needed technical support to get a couple of extenders set up so I texted the support number and they called me straight back and were really helpful until I got it sorted.

So overall, a great experience so far :-).

Telitec were very helpful in installing fibre in a difficult location.

All support staff were very helpful and efficient and the workmen were also very helpful. They arrived on time and worked quickly without making a mess everywhere.

I had three years of truly awful "service" with two other broadband suppliers, with frequent long-term outages and no way of speaking to their technical teams.

What a contrast with Telitec! It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with them so far, particularly Conor D, who has guided me through the process from start to finish.

Not only do I have far faster speeds with Telitec, but I have the confidence that if something does go wrong I will be able to speak to a real person who actually cares.

I want to thank Telitec for their quick and painless change over to fibre cable WiFi.

Excellent service. Very quick installation after ordering by a great team. Brilliant internet, land line, mobile and TV. The office staff all seem very knowledgable and instantly attend to any question. Saved me loads of money from previous suppliers. Highly recommended

Friendly, helpful and great value phone packages

We are Teletec users.
We lost quality signal. Did the usual off / on reset etc with no success.
Put in a call, now we know everyone is dead busy. But still get efficiently put through to Tech services.
He evaluates over the phone and Id's the problem in thr router. Our option is wait several days or drop into the office. Next day go to office within 20 mins it's fixed - & it was. Next day receive a follow up call - as promised from same technician.

Fantastic company - The internet is superfast and really stable. From the start the team (including the installation guy's) were really easy to deal with and patient with all my questions - And the aftercare is also top draw. Phoned Technical Support yesterday because although I was receiving emails I could not connect to any web addresses. I was informed that they had a suspicion of what the problem was and that the modems settings would be updated. Shortly after full fibre service was restored. Thank you Telitec for your prompt response and solution.

Discussed everything on the phone and by email with Julie who was a star. Signed for fibre internet. Brilliant engineer was at our house within a couple of days ready for Xmas. Who can ask for more!

Due to an accident indoors my wi fi cable box got smashed on Friday night. Left a message late on at Telitec. I got a call first thing Saturday from Kalab who said he was doing his best to get somebody out to fix it. Being the weekend not much chance so he followed it up first thing today and someone came out at 1pm and put it right. I'm very grateful to Kalab and all his efforts to help. He,s done a great great job. Thanks Kalab x

I have been with Telitec for over 10 years now and always find them to be an excellent company.
Yesterday, I updated my wireless 3G/4G service to Fibre 5G. The Telitec install team arrived (on time) and professionaly installed my new Fibre equipment. Amazing download/upload speeds of nearly 275 Mbps.

Having been badly let down by Europa in Javea (Ahimas) with no notice after 10yrs as a customer, we contacted Telitec. Within 24hrs we had our fibre reinstalled, plus Uk tv and telephone, fab service from Julie and the rest of this efficient team. We had got so used to such bad service from Europa,Telitec are a breath of fresh air. We have contacted the Technical team and Customer Service too, all handled speedily and efficiently, a big thankyou to all at Telitec👏👏

i so wish i had upgraded to fibre optic earlier. The service has been amazing from initial contact to even checking up on everything weeks after installation. I would whole-heartedly recommend Telitec

Very impressed with the support we received recently to help solve a issue with our slow internet. The technician was very patient on the phone and talked through options in a non technical way and went the extra mile to look at alternatives options to solve the problem - well done , Great Job
