Closeness Teulada

I have been with this company since the very beginning.
Their service has always been excellent. Their rates are surprisingly low when comparing them with what they offer. Our WIFI in the villa in the rural outskirts of Moraira is better than our son's in London.
When I need support, have a question or a problem, help is at hand in their local offices or via telephone. I use the Teulada Closeness office where David provides a most personal service with much patience and professionalism.

Ivan did a good job installing, perfect on time, polite and worked neat. We already got internet the day after ordering it in the shop. Also helpful staff in the shop, was easy to do.

This company never fails in their customer service. Even on a Sunday they have answered our queries. Today I called as there was a small issue and within just a couple of hours Alan their technician fixed the problem. 5 Stars for this company.

Alan and Lekbir installed our Closeness broadband today. It’s super-fast internet and the install was done efficiently and professionally plus they were helpful in getting everything up and running across the house.

Für unseren geplanten Internet-Anschluss haben wir hier die Verfügbarkeit für eine Glasfaserverbindung prüfen lassen. Sehr freundliche, professionelle und auch gut englischsprechende Mitarbeiter veranlassten uns dazu, direkt einen Glasfaser+Vertrag abzuschließen. Die Installation wurde für März vereinbart, wenn wir wieder vor Ort sind 😉. Wir werden berichten, ob alles reibungslos klappt.

Binnengestapt voor fiber internet contract, was op een half uurtje geregeld, en 1 week later geïnstalleerd en aangesloten. 1000Mbit internet voor 23 euro per maand 👍
